ԱՄՆ ազգային անվտանգության նախարարությունը հայտնել է, որ կենթարկվի դատարանի որոշմանը, որը ժամանակավորապես արգելում է մուսուլմանական յոթ երկրներից ներգաղթյալների արտաքսումը, սակայն ԱՄՆ նրանց մուտքն արգելող՝ նախագահ Թրամփի հրամանը ուժի մեջ է մնում, փոխանցում է BBC–ն։

 Հրամանը վերաբերում է Իրաքի, Իրանի, Եմենի, Լիբիայի, Սիրիայի, Սոմալիի ու Սուդանի քաղաքացիներին։

Հիշեցնենք, որ հունվարի 28-ին Նյու Յորքի շրջանային դաշնային դատարանը ժամանակավորապես արգելել էր գործող վիզաներով միգրանտներին արտաքսել ԱՄՆ օդանավակայաններից, չնայած Թրամփի համապատասխան հրամանին՝ պատճառաբանելով, որ այդ հրամանը խախտում է միգրանտների օրինական իրավունքները։

«Նախագահ Թրամփի հրամանն ուժի մեջ է մնում՝ տեղաշարժի արգելքը մնում է արգելք, իսկ ամերիկյան կառավարությունը իրեն իրավունք է վերապահում ցանկացած պահի հետ կանչել վիզաները, եթե դա պահանջվի ազգային անվտանգության նկատառումներով»,- ասվում է նախարարության կայքում։

«Թրամփի կառավարական հրամանն անդրադառնում է օտարերկրյա զբոսշրջիկների միայն փոքր մասի վրա ու առաջին քայլն է ամերիկյան սահմանների վերահսկողությունը վերականգնելու ու ազգային անվտանգության ապահովման ճանապարհին»,- նշվում է հայտարարության մեջ։

Սպիտակ տան ավագ խորհրդական Սթիվեն Միլերը նաեւ հայտնել է, որ Նյու Յորքի շրջանային դաշնային դատարանի որոշումը «ոչ մի կերպ չի խանգարի նախագահի հրամանի կատարմանը, որն ամբողջովին ուժի մեջ է մնում»։

Կահիրեի օդանավակայանից ԱՄՆ չվերթներ կատարող ավիաընկերությունները կիրակի ստացել էին պաշտոնական ծանուցում Վաշինգթոնից, որտեղ ասվում էր, որ վերոնշյալ յոթ երկրներից Ամերիկա ուղեւորվողներին չթողնեն օդանավ մտնել, նույնիսկ եթե նրանք իմիգրացիոն վիզա ունեն։ Այս մասին պատմել է ավիաընկերության ներկայացուցիչ Հոսսամ Հուսեյնը, ճշգրտելով, որ այդ արգելքը չի վերաբերում գրին քարտ եւ դիվանագիտական անձնագրեր ունեցողներին։
