Ժամանակն է եկել, որ միջազգային հանրությունն ու, առաջին հերթին, եռանախագահող երկրները սթափեցնեն Ադրբեջանին, որը դեմ է գնում իրենց կոչերին, պահանջներին և կորցրել է իրականության զգացումը: Այս մասին ամփոփիչ ասուլիսի ժամանակ հայտարարեց ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարար Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը` պատասխանելով «Արմենպրես»-ի հարցին, թե ինչ նպատակ էր հետապնդում դեկտեմբերի 29-ին Ադրբեջանի դիվերսիոն ներթափանցման փո րձը հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանին և ի՞նչ քայլեր է ձեռնարկել այս առնչությամբ ՀՀ ԱԳՆ-ն:

«ԱԳՆ-ն համապատասխան հայտարարությունով հանդես եկավ միջադեպից անմիջապես հետո: Ոմանք հարցնում են` ինչո՞ւ է դա արվել և ո՞վ է հրաման տվել. Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարությո՞ւնը, տեղական ինչ-որ հրամանատարնե՞ր, թե՞ ինքնաբուխ է արվել խելքը կորցրած դիվերսանտների կողմից: Բոլոր տարբերականերն էլ շատ վատն են»,- նշեց Նալբանդյանը:

Նա մեկնաբանությունից վեր է համարել այն պնդումը, որ հենց Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարությունն է տվել դիվերսիոն ներթափանցման փորձի հրամանը: «Չնայած որևէ մեկը, կարծում եմ, կասկած չունի, որ Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարությունը ընդունակ է այդպիսի հրամաններ տալու, որովհետև հենց Բաքուն է հրաժարվում լարվածության նվազեցման և հրադադարի ռեժիմի ամրապնդումից: Ենթադրենք, այս անգամ բացառություն էր և Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարությունը չէր հրաման տվել, այլ տեղական ինչ-որ հրամանտարներ: Դա խոսում է այն մասին, որ ադրբեջանական բանակում ուղղակի «բեդլամ» է: Այսինքն, ինչ-որ հրա մանատարներ թքած ունեն իրենց ղեկավարության վրա և կարող են այնպիսի գործողությունների, արկածախնդրության գնալ, որը կարող է ոչ միայն սրել, այլև այլ բացասական զարգացումների բերել»,- ընդգծեց արտգործնախարարը:

Անդրադառնալով այն հնարավոր տարբերակին, թե կատարվածը  խելքը կորցրած դիվերսանտների ձեռքի գործն էր` Նալբանդյանն ասաց. «Իհարկե, լսելով Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարության գեբելսյան հռետորաբանությունը, պատահական չէ, որ Ադրբեջանի հասարակության մեջ այսպիսի երևույթներ կարող են լինել, որոնք խոսում են ամբոխային խելագարվածության մասին: Հակառակ դեպքում, ինչպե՞ս կարող է լինել, որ հանրային կարծիքի հարցումները, որոնք անցկացվել են հունվարին հենց Ադրբեջանում, ասում են այն մասին, որ Ադրբեջանի հասարակության 92 տոկոսն արտահայտվում է ուժի գործադրման և ռազմա կան ճանապարահով հարցի լուծման օգտին: Կարծում եմ` ժամանակն է եկել, որ միջազգային հանրությունն ու առաջին հերթին եռանախագահող երկրները սթափեցնեն Ադրբեջանին, որը դեմ է գնում նրանց կոչերին, իրենց պահանջներին և կորցրել է իրականության զգացումը»:
