ՀՀ սփյուռքի նախարարությունում տեղի ունեցավ գիտական թեմատիկ հետազոտությունների պայմանագրերի կնքում

ՀՀ սփյուռքի նախարարության և գիտական գործընկեր կազմակերպությունների միջև հունվարի 31-ին տեղի ունեցավ 2017թ. թեմատիկ պատվերների իրականացման վերաբերյալ պայմանագրերի կնքման հանդիսավոր արարողությունը, որին ներկա էր ՀՀ վարչապետի խորհրդական Մհեր Տերտերյանը:

Բացման  խոսքով հանդես եկավ ՀՀ սփյուռքի նախարար Հրանուշ Հակոբյանը: Ողջունելով ներկաներին՝ նա մասնավորապես նշեց. «Այս բոլոր իրավագիտական, լեզվաբանական, ցեղասպանագիտական, պատմագիտական ու սփյուռքագիտական հետազոտությունները, որ տևական ժամանակ է` արդեն պատվիրում ենք,  խիստ անհրաժեշտ են նախարարության ռազմավարությունը, սփյուռքի համայնքների հետ ճիշտ աշխատելու մարտավարությունը մշակելու համար:

Կարծում եմ, թեմաները ճիշտ են ընտրված»: Նախարարը մեկ առ մեկ ներկայացրեց պատվիրված հետազոտությունների թեմաները, կարևորեց սփյուռք ունեցող այլ երկրների` Իրանի, Իսրայելի, Թուրքիայի, Ադրբեջանի և այլն, փորձի ուսումնասիրությունը:

Պայմանագրերի կնքման արարողությանը մասնակցեցին ՀՀ ԳԱԱ պատմության ինստիտուտի տնօրեն Աշոտ Մելքոնյանը, ՀՀ ԳԱԱ արևելագիտության ինստիտուտի տնօրեն Ռուբեն Սաֆրաստյանը, ՀՀ ԳԱԱ լեզվի ինստիտուտի տնօրեն Վիկտոր Կատվալյանը, ՀՀ ԳԱԱ գրականության ինստիտուտի տնօրեն Վարդան Դևրիկյանը, ԵՊՀ պրոռեկտոր Ռուբեն Մարկոսյանը, Երևանի Վ.Բրյուսովի անվան պետական լեզվահասարակագիտական համալսարանի պրոռեկտոր Ցոլակ Ակոպյանը, ՀՀ սահմանադրական դատարանի խորհրդական Գևորգ Դանիելյանը, ԵՊՀ պատմության ֆակուլտետի դեկան էդիկ Մինասյանը, «Նորավանք» ԳԿՀ տնօրեն Գագիկ Հարությունյանը, Արևմտահայոց հարցերի ուսումնասիրության կենտրոն գիտահետազոտական հիմնադրամի տնօրեն Հայկազուն Ալվրցյանը, թուրքագետներ, զեղասպանագետներ, իրավաբաններ:

Այնուհետև ներկաները մտքեր փոխանակեցին ծրագրի արդյունավետության, հետազոտությունների անհրաժեշտության, դրանց արդյունքների կիրառականության վերաբերյալ:

Վարչապետի խորհրդականը նշեց, որ բազմակողմանի, լուրջ հետազոտությունները շատ կարևոր և առաջնահերթ են պետական քաղաքականության նոր, արդիական մոտեցումներ մշակելու համար:

Նախարարը շեշտեց, որ պատվիրված հետազոտությունները նոր մոտեցումների, նոր հարցադրումների առանցքն են:
