Խորովածի միջազգային փառատոնը հնարավորություն կտա Հայաստանն ավելի գրավիչ դարձնել զբոսաշրջիկների համար

Այս տարի արդեն իններորդ անգամ Ախթալայում կնշվի ավանդական դարձած խորովածի փառատոնը. միջոցառման կազմակերպիչները որոշել են օգոստոս ամսվա նախավերջին կիրակի օրը հայտարարել «Խորովածի միջազգային օր»:

Արմենպրեսի հաղորդմամբ` փետրվարի 2-ին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ «Հայ ավանդական խոհարարության զարգացման և պահպանման» ՀԿ նախագահ Սեդրակ Մամուլյանը նշեց, որ խորովածի փառատոնի առաջնային նպատակներից է տարածաշրջանում տուրիզմի զարգացումը: Նրա խոսքով` անցած տարիներին անցկացված խորովածի փառատոններն ապացուցեցին, որ իրենք շատ ճիշտ ուղու վրա են և միջոցառումը մեծ հետաքրքրություն է առաջացնում զբոսաշրջությամբ զբաղվող ընկերությունների մոտ:

«Բացի այդ, Ախթալայի քաղաքապետարանի հետ միասին նախաձեռնել ենք մի գաղափար, որով հռչակում ենք «Խորովածի միջազգային օր»: Այն տեղի կունենա օգոստոսի նախավերջին կիրակի օրը»,- ասաց նա` նշելով, որ ունեն նաև այլ երկրների հետ համագործակցության փորձ, հատկապես՝ Վրաստանի հետ: Նրա ներկայացմամբ` նախատեսվում է ստեղծել խորովածի տոնի կանոնադրություն, որտեղ հստակ նախանշված կլինեն խորովածի փառատոնի միջազգային շարժման միանալու ընթացքը, սակայն այն դեռ չի մշակվել:

«Մենք մի փոքր պահպանողական ենք խորովածի պատրաստման առումով, իսկ այս առիթը մեզ հնարավորություն կտա փորձարկել և ներդնել կերակրացանկի մեջ տարբեր նորարարություններ: Այնպես որ, զարգացնում ենք թե հայկական խոհանոցը, թե երկիրը զբոսաշրջիկների համար դարձնում ենք ավելի գրավիչ»,- ասաց Սեդրակ Մամուլյանը:
