ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարարությունում փետրվարի 3-ին տեղի է ունեցել հանդիպում ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարար Վարդան Արամյանի և ՀՀ-ում ԱՄՆ արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան պարոն Ռիչարդ Միլսի միջև, որտեղ քննարկվել են հայ-ամերիկյան տնտեսական համագործակցությանն առնչվող կարևոր հարցեր:

Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ֆինանսաների նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից:

Վարդան Արամյանն ընգծել է մի շարք հիմնախնդիրներ, որոնց լուծման ուղղությամբ արվում են հիմնավոր և կտրուկ քայլեր: Մասնավորապես՝ նա անդրադարձել է տնտեսական կայուն, ներառական աճի ապահովմանը, տեղական ներուժի զարգացմանն ու կատարելագործմանը, մասնագետների համապատասխան վերապատրաստմանը, ինչպես նաև գործող էլեկտրոնային համակարգերի շարունակական կատարելագործմանը: Նախարարի խոսքով. «Կառավարությունը գնում է կտրուկ բարեփոխումների` նպատակ ունենալով նվազեցնել կոռուպցիոն ռիսկերը: Լավագույն արդյունքի հասնելու համար անհրաժեշտ է համատեղել կառավարության քայլերն ու հասարակության ցանկությունները»:

Ռիչարդ Միլսը շնորհավորել է Վարդան Արամյանին նախարար դառնալու կապակցությամբ և հույս հայտնել, որ նրանց միջև կշարունակվի առողջ համագործակցություն: Նա պատրաստակամություն է հայտնել աջակցելու նախարարության կողմից վերհանված առաջնահերթություններին ու բարեփոխումներին: «Դեսպանատունն արժևորում է ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարարության հետ իր երկարամյա գործընկերությունը:

Մենք նախարարությանը խրախուսում ենք շարունակել պետական գնումների գործընթացի բարելավմանն ուղղված ջանքերը և սատարում ենք նախարարության հանձնառությանը՝ ուղղված նոր հարկային օրե նսգրքին առնչվող հարցերով մասնավոր հատվածի հետ աշխատելուն ու ներդրումների ավելացման խոչընդոտ հանդիսացող խնդիրների լուծմանը»,- նշել է Ռիչարդ Միլսը:

Նախարար Վարդան Արամյանը կարևորել է հասարակության հետ հաղորդակցման աստիճանի բարձրացումը՝ ընդգծելով, որ պետք է հաշվի առնել նաև վերջինիս կարծիքը նոր ընդունվող օրենքների վերաբերյալ, փորձել գնալ համագործակցության ճանապարհով:

Ամերիկայի Միացյալ Նահանգները կարևոր տեղ է զբաղեցնում Հայաստանի քաղաքական և տնտեսական կյանքում, քանի որ  մարդասիրական և տեխնիկական օգնություն տրամադրող խոշորագույն դոնոր է և Հասատանի կարևորագույն գործընկերներից մեկը: Հայ-ամերիկյան առևտրատնտեսական համագործակցությունը կանոնակարգվում է Տնտեսական հարցերով հայ-ամերիկյան միջկառավարական հանձնաժողովի շրջանակներում, որ հաջորդաբար գումարվում է  տարեկան մեկ անգամ Երևանում և Վաշինգտոնում:
