 Կորեայի Հանրապետության նախագահի պաշտոնակատար, վարչապետ Հվան Գյո Անը մերժել Է Երկնագույն տան՝ պետության ղեկավարի նստավայրի տարածքում խուզարկություն անցկացնելուն աջակցություն ցուցաբերելու քննիչների խնդրանքը: Այդ մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը, լրագրողներին հայտնել Է պետության ղեկավարի վարչակազմի ներկայացուցիչը: 
 
Հետաքննչական այդ գործողություններն անհրաժեշտ են իշխանությունից ժամանակավորապես հեռացված երկրի նախագահ Պակ Կըն Հեի շրջապատում կոռուպցիայի գործով հետագա մշակումների համար: Անցած շաբաթ քննիչները դատարանի համապատասխան օրդերով արդեն փորձել Էին մտնել Երկնագույն տան տարածք, բայց պահապանները դա թույլ չԷին տվել: Այն ժամանակ մերժման պատճառ Էր դարձել օբյեկի հատուկ կարգավիճակը:
 
«Մեր դիրքորոշումն այն Է, որ Երկնագույն տուն մուտքի թույլտվության որոշումն ընդունում Է, ոչ թե նախագահի պաշտոնակատարը, այլ վարչակազմի ղեկավարը եւ անվտանգության ծառայության պետը»,-լրագրողներին հայտնել Է պետության ղեկավարի վարչակազմի ներկայացուցիչը:
 
Պակ Կըն Հեի շուրջ քաղաքական սկանդալ Է ծավալվել 2016 թվականի հոկտեմբերին, երբ մամուլում տեղեկություններ հայտնվեցին պետության ղեկավարի վրա նրա ընկերուհու՝ Չխվե Սուն Սինի ազդեցության մասին: Սկանդալի հետաքննությունը ցույց տվեց, որ մի քանի տարվա ընթացքում Չխվե Սուն Սիլն իրազեկ Է եղել պետական կառավարման մանրամասնություններին եւ միջամտել Է քաղաքական որոշումների ընդունման ընթացքին: Բացի այդ, նախագահի ընկերուհին ճնշում Է գործադրել մի շարք ընկերությունների վրա, որպեսզի նրանք տասնյակ միլիոնավոր դոլարներ փոխանցեն իր վերահսկողության տակ գտնվող հիմնադրամներին:
 
Հարավկորեական ընդդիմությունը պնդում Է, որ Պակ Կըն Հեն ներքաշված Է եղել Չխվե Սուն Սիլի կոռուպցիոն սխեմաներում կամ առնվազն տեղյակ Է եղել տեղի ունեցող իրադարձություններին:
 
Անցած տարվա դեկտեմբերին Հարավային Կորեայի խորհրդարանը քվեարկել Է նախագահ Պակ Կըն Հեի պաշտոնազրկման օգտին, որին մեղադրել են կոռուպցիայի եւ իշխանության չարաշահման մեջ: Այժմ իմպիչմենտը պետք Է հաստատի կամ չեղարկի Սահմանադրական դատարանը: Սպասվում Է, որ այն իր վճիռը կկայացնի մինչեւ մարտի 13-ին: Պակ Կըն Հեի պաշտոնաթողության հաստատման դեպքում վաղաժամկետ նախագահական ընտրությունները կարող են անցկացվել արդեն ապրիլ-մայիսին, հակառակ դեպքում դրանք տեղի կունենան դեկտեմբերին, ինչպես որ ավելի վաղ պլանավորվում Էր, հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
