ԱՄՆ-ի նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփը հայտարարել Է, որ իրեն դուր Է գալիս պետության նախկին ղեկավար Բարաք Օբաման, եւ, դեռ ավելին, դա փոխադարձ Է: Ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այս կարծիքը հանրապետականը հայտնել Է Fox News հեռուստաընկերությանը տված հարցազրույցում, որը եթեր Է տրվել Է փետրվարի 6-ին: 
«Մենք իրար հետ հաշտ ենք»,- ասել Է նա՝ խոսելով ԱՄՆ-ի նախկին նախագահի հետ իր հարաբերությունների մասին: «Ես չգիտեմ՝ կընդունի նա արդյոք, որ ես իրեն դուր եմ գալիս,- նշել Է Թրամփը:- Նա ինձ դուր Է գալիս»:
 
Դրա հետ մեկտեղ ԱՄՆ-ի նախագահը խոստովանել Է, որ անցյալ տարի պետության ղեկավարի պաշտոնի համար պայքարի թեժ շրջանում դեմոկրատ Օբամայի հետ իր հարաբերություններն բնավ Էլ լավ չԷին, քանի որ Օբաման ընտրություններում ակտիվորեն պաշտպանում Էր Դեմոկրատական կուսակցությունից թեկնածու Հիլարի Քլինթոնին, որն ի վերջո պարտություն կրեց: 
 
«Մենք միմյաց մասին ահավոր բաներ Էինք ասում»,- նշել Է նախագահը: «Բայց հետո (Թրամփի երդմնատվության օրը) մենք ավտոմեքենա նստեցինք, գնացինք Փենսիլվանիա-ավենյուով եւ այդ մասին նույնիսկ չխոսեցինք»,- հավելել Է Թրամփը, հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
