ՀՀ ԱԻ նախարարն ընդունել է Ճապոնիայի դեսպանին. նախանշվում է համագործակցության ընդլայնում

: ՀՀ ԱԻ նախարար Դավիթ Տոնոյանը փետրվարի 15-ին ընդունեց Ճապոնիայի արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Էյջի Տագուչիին և դեսպանի խորհրդական Կենիչիրո Սասամեին: Հանդիպման նպատակն էր քննարկել ՀՀ ԱԻ նախարարության և Ճապոնիայի առկա համատեղ ծրագրերի իրականացումն ու տարբեր ոլորտներում համագործակցության ընդլայնումը: Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարությունից:

Դեսպանին ուղղված ողջույնի խոսքում ԱԻ նախարարը շեշտեց, որ Ճապոնիայի հետ համագործակցությունը յուրահատուկ մակարդակում է. Ճապոնիայի կառավարությունը լուրջ ներդրումներ է ունեցել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության՝ տարբեր բնույթի ճգնաժամերի դեպքում քաղաքացիական դիմակայունության կարողությունների բարձրացման ապահովման հարցում: Հատկապես սերտ է համատեղ աշխատանքը Ճապոնիայի միջազգային համագործակցության գործակալության (Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA)) հետ, որն իրականացվում է 2007թ.-ից: 

Ճապոնիայի հետ համագործակցության շնորհիվ տեխնիկապես վերազինվել են հրշեջ-փրկարարական մասերը, իրականացվել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում սեյսմիկ ռիսկի գնահատում և կառավարման պլանավորում, սողանքային աղետի կառավարում, ինչպես նաև՝ Ճապոնիայի հետ համագործակցության տարիների ընթացքում ՀՀ ԱԻՆ բազմաթիվ աշխատակիցներ գործուղվել են Ճապոնիա` վերապատրաստման և փորձի փոխանակման նպատակով։ 

Կողմերը քննարկեցին տարբեր ճգնաժամերի դեպքում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քաղաքացիական դիմակայունության և արձագանքման կարողությունների բարձրացման հնարավորություններն ու արտակարգ իրավիճակներում հանրային իրազեկման ոլորտում համատեղ ծրագրի իրականացումը:  Նախարար Տոնոյանը նշեց, որ հայ-ճապոնական համագործակցությունը կարող է հիմք դառնալ նաև տարածաշրջանային համագործակցության ծրագրի մշակման համար: Նախարարն ընդգծեց փորձագետների վերապատրաստման կարևորությունը՝ երկու երկրների փորձի ուսումնասիրության և հետագա գործնական կիրառության նպատակով: 

Հանդիպման ավարտին ԱԻ նախարարն ու դեսպան Տագուչին քննարկեցին երկու երկրների միջև համագործակցության ընդլայնման ուղղությունները՝  օրակարգային նոր խնդիրների ներառմամբ:
