ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Շիրակի մարզային քննչական վարչության Ախուրյանի քննչական բաժնում միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում՝ պարզելու Ջաջուռ գյուղում նորածնի մահվան պատճառները: Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից

2017թ. փետրվարի 14-ին` ժամը 14:20-ին, Ախուրյանի շտապբուժօգնության կայանից ահազանգ է ստացվել առ  այն , որ «վաղ հետծննդյան շրջան» ախտորոշմամբ հիվանդանոց է  տեղափոխվել Շիրակի մարզի Ջաջուռ գյուղի բնակչուհին, ով հայտնել է, որ հղիության 8-րդ ամսվա ընթացքում սուր ցավերի հետևանքով տան բակում գտնվող արտաքնոցում կորցրել է իր երեխային: 

Նորածինը եղել է նրա 4-րդ երեխան՝ իգական սեռի:

Անմիջապես դեպքի վայր է մեկնել քննչական-օպերատիվ խումբը:  Բացատրություններ են վերցվել կնոջից, սկեսուրից, ամուսնուց, բուժաշխատողներից։

Հաշվի առնելով դեպքի հասարակական մեծ հնչեղությունը՝ որոշ մանրամասներ ենք հրապարակում դեպքի հանգամանքների վերաբերյալ։

Նախնական տվյալներով՝ 2017 թ. փետրվարի 14-ին՝ ժամը 10:30-ի սահմաններում, հղիության 8-րդ ամսում գտնվող 30-ամյա կինը որովայնի և աճուկային հատվածներում ունեցել է ցավեր, սկսել են հոսել պտղաջրերը, իրենց տանից վերցրել է պոլիէթիլային տոպրակ, այն դրել է պլաստմասե թասի մեջ, որպեսզի պտղաջրերը լցվեն թասի մեջ, այնուհետև ցանկություն է առաջացել բնական կարիքները հոգալու և գնացել է արտաքնոց, որը գտնվում է դրսում: Արտաքնոցում զգացել է, որ  իրենից ինչ-որ կշիռ պոկվել-ընկել է։ Հասկանալով, որ ծննդաբերել է՝ անմիջապես այդ մասին հայտնել է հարազատներին, զանգահարել են շտապօգնություն և նրան անմիջապես տեղափոխել բժշկական կենտրոն։

Դեպքի վայրի զննությամբ արտաքնոցի անցքում՝ 2 մետր խորության վրա, հայտնաբերվել է իգական սեռի պտղի դիակ՝ պոլիէթիլային տոպրակի վրա ընկած: Պարզաբանում ենք, որ երեխան  «պոլիէթիլային տոպրակի մեջ «փաթեթավորված» չի եղել։

Նշանակվել են դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություններ: Ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ միջոցառումներ՝ կնոջ բացատրություններում մատնանշված հանգամանքներն ստուգելու ուղղությամբ։
