Դատախազը Արմեն Միքայելյանի համար պահանջել է 1 տարի 6 ամիս ազատազրկում

Հիմնադիր խորհրդարանի անդամ, ապօրինի զենք պահելու համար մեղադրվող Արմեն Միքայելյանի գործով մեղադրող դատախազն այսօր՝ փետրվարի 16-ին, տեղի ունեցած դատական նիստի ընթացքում միջնորդել 1 տարի 6 ամիս ժամկետով ազատազրկման դատապարտել Արմեն Միքայելյանին: Այս մասին NEWS.am-ը տեղեկանում է Արմեն Միքայելյանի շահերի պաշտպան Երվանդ Վարոսյանից: Դատախազը միջնորդել է նաեւ դատավճռով փոփոխել Արմեն Միքայելյանի խափանման միջոցը եւ կալանավորել նրան:

«Զարմանալի է, որ դատարանից նման ակնկալիք ունեցող դատախազի մեղադրական ճառը տեւեց շուրջ 5 րոպե եւ իրենից ներկայացնում էր հիմնականում դատախազի ցանկությունների ու անձնական կարծիքի շարադրանք։

Արմեն Միքայելյանի առնչությունն իր մոտից "հայտնաբերված" ատրճանակին որեւէ կերպ ապացուցված չէ, ընդհակառակը` քրեական գործու առկա ապացույցներն ուղղակի հիմնավորում են նրա անմեղությունը։

Նման պայմաններում մեղադրանքի կողմի դիրքորոշումը կարող է ունենալ մեկ բացատրություն` Արմեն Միքայելյանի նկատմամբ իրականացվում է ոչ այլ ինչ, քան քաղաքական հետապնդում»,-ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է Երվանդ Վարոսյանը:

Նշենք, որ Արմեն Միքայելյանի ընտանիքի անդամները հարցաքննվեցին ամբաստանյալի պաշտանների միջնորդությամբ: Հետաքրքրական է, որ գործում նրանք ներգրավված չեն որպես վկաներ եւ երբեք ցուցմունք չէին տվել, թեեւ բերման ենթարկելու ժամանակ Միքայելյանի հետ են եղել:

Հիշեցնենք, որ Արմեն Միքայելյանը ձերբակալվել էր 2016թ. հուլիսի 27-ին, երբ Երեւանի Խորենացի փողոցում ցույցից հետո ընտանիքով վերադառնալիս էր եղել տուն:  Նրան մեղադրանք էր առաջադրվել ՀՀ ՔՕ 235 հոդվածով (ապօրինի զենք, զինամթերք պահել):

20 օր անազատության մեջ մնալուց հետո Արմեն Միքայելյանն ազատ էր արձակվել:
