Սաուդյան Արաբիայի եւ Իսրայելի մերձեցումը պատահական չԷ: Ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այս մասին IRNA գործակալությանը հայտարարել Է Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետության (ԻԻՀ) արտաքին գործերի նախարարության (ԱԱԳ) պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Բահրամ Ղասեմին՝ մեկնաբանելով սաուդացի եւ իսրայելացի պաշտոնատար անձանց՝ վերջերս արած հայտարարությունը, որը հնչել Է նաեւ Մյունխենի անվտանգության խորհրդաժողովում:   
 
Իրանցի դիվանագետն ուշադրություն Է հրավիրել «բազմաթիվ ակնհայտ նշանների վրա, որոնք վկայում են այդ երկու վարչակարգերի միջեւ տարածաշրջանային հարցերի համակարգման մասին»: «Այդ երկու վարչակարգերն Էլ տարածաշրջանում բազմաթիվ պարտություններից հետո ձգտում են համաշխարհային հանրակցությանը հարկադրել հակաիրանական դիրք բռնել: Սիոնիստական (իսրայելական) վարչակարգը, վարելով Իրանի դեմ ուղղված քաղաքականություն, հույս ունի իր համար ապահովել որեւիցե մահմեդական երկրի աջակցությունը»,- նշել Է Ղասեմին:  
 
Ինչ վերաբերում Է Սաուդյան Արաբիային, ապա Թեհրանի հասցեին Էր Ռիադի «կրկնվող եւ անհիմն մեղադրանքները» «չեն հարկադրի մոռանալ սաուդյան վարչակարգի գաղափարական եւ ֆինանսական կապերն ահաբեկիչների հետ, որոնց հանցագործությունները տարածաշրջանի անմեղ խաղաղ  բնակչության դեմ ակնհայտ են ամբողջ աշխարհին», նշել Է ԻԻՀ-ի ԱԳՆ-ի պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչը: 
Վերջին ժամանակներս սաուդացի եւ իսրայելացի պաշտոնատար անձինք հանդես են գալիս համանման հայտարարություններով, որոնց Էությունն այն Է, որ Իրանն Է տարածաշրջանի հիմնական սպառնալիքը: Իսլամական Հանրապետությանը կանոնավորապես մեղադրում են տարածաշրջանային պետությունների ներքին գործերին միջամտելու մեջ: Թեհրանը վճռականապես մերժում Է այդ մեղադրանքները, հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
