Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության կարգավորումն առանց բանակցություններին Ստեփանակերտի ուղղակի մասնակցության հնարավոր չէ:

Նման հայտարարությամբ «ՌԻԱ Նովոստի»-ի հետ հարցազրույցում հանդես է եկել ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարար Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը: 

«Լեռնային Ղարաբաղն իրականում ներգրավված է բանակցային գործընթացում, սակայն ներկա փուլում ոչ լիարժեք ձևաչափով, այսինքն` չկան ղարաբաղյան կողմի ուղղակի բանակցություններ ադրբեջանական կողմի հետ՝ վերջինիս կողմից ցանկության բացակայության պատճառով»,- պարզաբանել է Նալբանդյանը:

Նախարարի խոսքով` ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների, ինչպես նաև ԵԱՀԿ գործող նախագահի անձնական ներկայացուցչի տարածաշրջանային այցերի ժամանակ նրանք հանդիպում են Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության ղեկավարության հետ:

«Առանց Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի մասնակցության հակամարտության կարգավորումն անհնար է: Դա հրաշալի հասկանում են և այդ մասին խոսում են նաև միջնորդները:

Ադրբեջանական կողմն ուղղակի ձևացնում է, որ իբր թե չի հասկանում` գլուխն ավազի մեջ թաքցնելով՝ չնայած, որ վերջին տարիներին քննարկվող բոլոր աշխատանքային փաստաթղթերում ամրագրված է հակամարտության համընդգրկուն կարգավորման պայմանագրի մշակման աշխատանքներում ղարաբաղյան կողմի անմիջական մասնակցության հարցը»,- շեշտել է ՀՀ արտաքին քաղաքական գերատեսչության ղեկավարը:
