Ֆրանսիայի նախագահի թեկնածու Մակրոնը խոստացել Է տնտեսել 60 մլրդ եվրո

Ֆրանսիայի նախագահական ընտրություններում անկախ թեկնածու, երկրի Էկոնոմիկայի նախկին նախարար Ֆրանսուա Մակրոնը վստահ Է, որ հաղթելու դեպքում կկարողանա տնտեսել 60 մլրդ եվրոյի պետական միջոցներ: Ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այդ մասին նա հայտարարել Է BFM TV հեռուստաալիքի եթերում՝ շարադրելով իր նախընտրական ծրագրի տնտեսական հատվածի հիմքերը, որն ամբողջական տեսքով կհրապարակվի մարտի 2-ին:
 
«Նախագահի պաշտոնում ես Ֆրանսիային կապահովեմ 60 մլրդ եվրո խնայողություն»,-հավաստիացրել Է Մակրոնը: Ընդ որում 25 մլրդ եվրոն կտնտեսվի սոցիալական ապահովագրության համակարգում ծախսերի կրճատման հաշվին: «Այդ բոլոր ծախսերը պետք Է հասցվեն այն միջին մակարդակին, որը գոյություն ունի եվրոյի գոտու երկրներում»,- ասել Է թեկնածուն: «Հառաջ» շարժման առաջնորդը խոստանում Է նաեւ գործազրկության մակարդակը Ֆրանսիայում ներկայիս 10 տոկոսից նվազեցնել մինչեւ 7 տոկոս՝ 2022 թվականին, ինչպես նաեւ ձեռնարկությունների շահութահարկը 33,3 տոկոսից նվազեցնել մինչեւ 25 տոկոս:  
 
Մակրոնը կարծքում Է, որ ինքը կկարողանա նաեւ «հնգամյա ժամկետում 50 մլրդ եվրո պետական ներդրումներ ապահովել Ֆրանսիային»: Դրանցից 15 միլիարդը կտրամադրվի կրթության եւ մասնագիտական ուսուցման համակարգին, եւս 15 մլրդ եվրոն՝ Էներգետիկայի բարեփոխմանը եւ բնապահպանության նախագծերին: Նախկին նախարարը հնարավոր Է համարում բյուջեի դեֆիցիտն ապահովել ՀՆԱ-ի 3 տոկոսի մակարդակին, ինչպես դա պահանջում Է Եվրամիությունը: 
 
Թեկնածուի կարծիքով, առնվազն 25 մլրդ եվրո կարելի կլինի տնտեսել «պետական վարչարարության սկզբունքորեն նոր համակարգի» հիման վրա: Դրա համար Մակրոնը մտադիր Է կրճատել  120 հազար պաշտոնյաների, այդ թվում՝ 50 հազարը՝ կենտրոնական պետական ապարատում եւ 70 հազարը՝ տարածաշրջաններում:  
 
Միեւնույն ժամանակ թեկնածուն խոստովանել Է, որ դրանք մոտավոր ցուցանիշներ են, եւ ավելի ստույգ տվյալները կնշեն իր կառավարության նախարարները: «Կառավարության նոր կազմում նախարարները 15-ից ավելի չեն լինի, ընդ որում՝ զգալիորեն կկրճատվի նաեւ նրանց ենթակաների թիվը, որը «չի գերազանցի հինգը», նախազգուշացրել Է թեկնածուն: «Վարչական մեքենան իմ օրոք աշխատելու Է լարված»,-ընդգծել Է Մակրոնը, հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
