Հայկական արտադրության հեռուստասերիալների ցանկին շուտով կավելանա եւս մեկը: «Օտարը»՝ այսպես է կոչվում նոր սերիալը, որը կցուցադրվի «Շանթ» հեռուստաընկերությամբ: 
 
Life.panorama.am-ին հեռուստասերիալի ռեժիսոր Մհեր Խաչատրյանը որոշ մանրամասներ է հայտնել սպասվող աշխատանքից.
«Տասն օր է, ինչ սկսել ենք նոր սերիալի նկարահանումները: Ֆիլմի հիմքում ընկած է սիրային եռանկյունի՝ քրեական դրամայով հագեցած: Իհարկե, մանրամասներ չեմ ցանկանա հայտնել հետաքրքրությունը պահպանելու համար, միայն կնշեմ, որ սցենարի հեղինակ Անի Մաղաքյանը հետաքրքիր զարգացումներ է պատրաստել, որը, հուսանք, կգրավի հեռուստադիտողի ուշադրությունը»,- նշեց ռեժիսորն ու խոսեց դերասանական անձնակազմի մասին.
 
«Նախ պետք է նկատեմ, որ ստեղծագործական ու դերասանական թիմը նույն «Թաքնված սեր» հեռուստասերիալի աշխատակազմն է՝ փոքրիկ փոփոխություններով, այդ թվում փոխվել է նաեւ սցենարիստը: Սիրային եռանկյունին կծավալվի դերասանուհի Մարինկա Խաչատրյանի, դերասան Դավիթ Աղաջանյանի եւ հեռուստադիտողին դեռեւս անհայտ դերասան Սիսիան Ստեփանյանի շուրջ, իսկ ընդհանուր դերասանական կազմում կլինեն Նելլի Խերանյանը, Հովակ Գալոյանը, Սուրեն Թումասյանը, Դավիթ Հակոբյանը, Մարիամ Ադամյանը, Գայանե Բալյանը, Մուրադ Նադիրյանը, Արմեն Մարգարյանը, Անի Պետրոսյանը, Մարիաննա Գրիգորյանը եւ այլք»,- նշեց մեր զրուցակիցը:
