ՄԻՊ-ն ստեղծել է աշխատանքային խումբ ԱԺ ընտրություններում ընտրական իրավունքներն ապահովելու համար

Մարդու իրավունքների  պաշտպանին վերապահված  լիազորությունների  շրջանակում  ընտրական իրավունքների  արդյունավետ  պաշտպանությունը կազմակերպելու  և ապահովելու համար ՄԻՊ-ը ստեղծել է   աշխատանքային խումբ: Արմենպրեսի հաղորդմամբ՝ փետրվարի 27-ին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ նշեց ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Արման Թաթոյանը:

«Այդ աշխատանքային խմբի առջև խնդիր է դրված մշտադիտարկման սկզբունքով  անընդհատ ուսումնասիրել  զանազան լրատվամիջոցների հրապարակումները, ապահովել բողոքների և գանգատների  պատշաճ քննարկումը ու լուծումը: Խումբը պատասխանատու է լինելու  նաև  քաղաքացիների ընդունելության, իրավական խորհրդատվության, արագ արձագանքման այցելությունների համար», -ընդգծեց Թաթոյանը: Նրա խոսքով՝ աշխատանքային խմբի վրա հատուկ խնդիր է դրված լինելու ուշադիր լինել՝ հատկապես դիտորդների և լրատվամիջոցների ներկայացուցիների պաշտպանությունը ապա հովելու հարցում, և, խախտում նկատելու դեպքում, անհապաղ արձագանքել:  

Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանը տեղեկացրեց նաև, որ խումբը համագործակցում է տեղական և միջազգային կազմակերպությունների հետ: «ԵԱՀԿ Ժողովրդավարական հաստատությունների և մարդու իրավունքների գրասենյակի (ԺՀՄԻԳ) դիտորդական առաքելության  ղեկավարի և  պատվիրակության անդամների  հետ ունեցել ենք հանդիպում: Պայմանավորվածություն ունենք համատեղ աշխատելու և մշտապես տեղեկատվության առումով կապը պահպանելու»,- նշեց Թաթոյանը:

Ընտրական ողջ գործընթացում մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի ողջ աշխատակազմը գործելու է բացարձակ անաչառության, հրապարակայնության, թափանցիկության և սահմանադրությամբ հիմնված մյուս սկզբունքների հիման վրա:

«Աշխատանքային խմբին հանձնարարված է աշխատել շուրջօրյա հերթապահությամբ և բոլոր հրապարակումներին արագ արձագանքել: Խմբում ներգրավված են նաև ՄԻՊ-ի աշխատակազմի մարզային ստորաբաժանումները: Այս ամենը կատարվելու է իմ անմիջական վերահսկողության ներքո: Եթե լինեն իրավունքների խախտումների վերաբերյալ ահազանգեր խումբը պատրաստ է այցելություններ կատարել սկսած ընտրատեղամասերից վերջացած ոստիկանության բաժիններ»-շեշտեց Թաթոյանը:
