ԱԺ-ն քննարկում է վերահսկիչ պալատի նախագահի նշանակման հարցը

Ազգային ժողովը քննարկում է ՀՀ վերահսկիչ պալատի նախագահ նշանակելու  հարցը: Ազգային ժողովի նիստի ընթացքում ՀՀ ԱԺ նախագահ Գալուստ Սահակյանը հիշեցրեց, որ ՀՀ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը վերահսկիչ պալատի նախագահի պաշտոնում առաջադրել է Լևոն Յոլյանի թեկնածությունը: Գալուստ Սահակյանը ելույթի համար ամբիոնի մոտ հրավիրեց Լևոն Յոլյանին:

Յոլյանը իր խոսքի սկզբում շնորհակալություն հայտնեց ՀՀ նախագահին վստահության համար, ինչպես նաև Ազգային ժողովի պատգամավորական խմբակցություններին՝ կառուցողական քննարկումների համար: «Հարգելի պատգամավորներ, ես ակնկալում եմ, որ միահամուռ ջանքերով մենք կկարողանանք ձևավորել արդյունավետ աշխատող թիմ, որը կկարողանա ապահովել այս կարևոր կառույցի բնականոն գործունեությունը»,- Արմենպրեսի հաղորդմամբ՝ նշեց Յոլյանը:

Նա վստահեցրեց, որ վերահսկիչ պալատի նախագահի պաշտոնում նշանակվելու դեպքում միշտ պատրաստ կլինի առկա խնդիրներին արդյունավետ լուծումներ գտնել: Նա նշեց, որ կողմնակից է այն մոտեցմանը, որ վերահսկիչ պալատը պետք է իրականացնի ոչ թե պատժիչ, այլ կանխարգելիչ գործունեություն, իսկ այդ գործողությունները պետք է լինեն հրապարակային և թափանցիկ:

Լևոն Յոլյանը վստահեցնում է, որ նշանակվելու դեպքում աշխատելու է բաց ու հրապարակային, իսկ իր առջև տաբուներ երբեք չեն դրվել ու չեն դրվելու: Պատասխանելով ՀԱԿ խմբակցության քարտուղար Արամ Մանուկյանի հարցին, թե պատրաստ է վերլուծել ՎՊ նախորդ նախագահի աշխատանքը և վեր հանել նրա բացթողումները, թե իր առջև այդ հարցում տաբու է դրված, պատասխանեց. «Իմ առջև երբեք տաբուներ չեն եղել ու չեն լինի: Երբ ես էներգետիկայի նախարարի պաշտոնում էի նշանակվել, ինձանից պահանջում էին նախորդ նախարարների աշխատանքի վերլուծություն ներկայացնել, սակայն ես ասել եմ, ո ր չեմ պատրաստվում հետ նայել, այլ միայն առաջ կնայեմ ու կզբաղվեմ իմ գործով: Ես ասել եմ, որ չեմ կարողանա արդյունավետ աշխատել, խնդիրներ լուծել, եթե սկսեմ վերլուծել նախորդների աշխատանքը: Նույն մոտեցումն էլ վերահսկիչ պալատի նախագահի պաշտոնում եմ որդեգրելու: Գտնում եմ, որ մարդը պետք է միշտ առաջ նայի և փորձի վեր հանել առկա խնդիրներն ու դրանց լուծման արդյունավետ մեթոդներ ներկայացնի»:

Անդրադառնալով պատգամավորի մյուս հարցին՝ թե կընդունի ՀՀԿ-ին անդամագրվելու առաջարկ, եթե լինի այդպիսին, Լևոն Յոլյանը պատասխանեց, որ ինքը մինչ այս պահը որևէ կուսակցության անդամ չի եղել՝ չնայած, որ եղել են տարբեր առաջարկներ: «Ես որևէ կուսակցության անդամ չեմ և այդ հարցում ունեմ իմ հստակ մոտեցումները: Իսկ քանի որ վերահսկիչ պալատն անկախ մարմին է, ապա այդ կառույցի որևէ անդամ իրավունք չունի որևէ կուսակցության անդամ լինել»,- եզրափակեց Լևոն Յոլյանը:
