«Ժողովուրդ» թերթը գրում է.


«Կառավարությունը պահուստային ֆոնդերից մարզերին 5 մլրդ դրամ է հատկացրել՝ հրատապ խնդիրները լուծելու համար: Պատահական չէ, որ գործադիրը մարզերի հանդեպ այսպես առատաձեռն է գտնվել:


Առաջիկայում խորհրդարանական ընտրություններն են, իսկ դա նշանակում է, որ իշխանությունները փորձում են սիրաշահել մարդկանց: Տեսնելով, թե ինչ ծրագրերի վրա է ծախսվելու 5 մլրդ դրամը, կարելի է պնդել, որ գումարի մեծ մասը պարզապես «ատկատի» և «պրիմիտիվ գողությունների» տեսքով հոսելու են չինովնիկների գրպանները:


«Ժողովուրդ»-ը տեղեկացավ, որ Արտաշատի թիվ 1 մանկապարտեզի շենքի տեխնիկական վիճակի ուսումնասիրության, հիմնանորոգման նախագծային և շինարարական աշխատանքների համար ծախսվելու է 62 մլն 915 հազար 100 դրամ: Շիրակի մարզպետարանին հատկացված 251 մլն 424 հազար դրամից միայն 212 մլն 500 հազար դրամը կծախսվի շենքերի և շինությունների վերանորոգման համար. այսինքն` այնտեղ, ուր ատկատի հնարավորություն կա:


Ամենաքիչ գումարը՝ 22 մլն 200 հազար դրամ, հատկացվել է ՀՀ Սյունիքի մարզպետարանին, որը կծախսվի նախագծահետազոտական աշխատանքի վրա»:
