 Ազգային ժողովում մեկնարկել է խորհրդարանական հերթական քառօրյայի երրորդ օրվա աշխատանքը: Գրանցվել է 102 պատգամավոր: Նիստի մեկնարկին նախ քվեարկվում են նախորդ օրը քննարկված հարցերը:

Փետրվարի 28-ի նիստում ՀՀ պաշտպանության փոխնախարար Արա Նազարյանը երկրորդ ընթերցմամբ քննարկման է ներկայացրել «ՀՀ զինված ուժերի կայազորային և պահակային ծառայությունների կանոնագիրքը հաստատելու մասին» ՀՀ օրենքում փոփոխություններ և լրացումներ կատարելու մասին» օրենքի նախագիծը: Երկրորդ ընթերցմամբ քննարկվել է նաև «ՀՀ զինված ուժերի ներքին ծառայության կանոնագիրքը հաստատելու մասին» ՀՀ օրենքում փոփոխություններ եւ լրացումներ կատարելու մասին» օրենքի նախագիծը: ՀՀ պաշտպանության փոխնախարար Արա Նազարյանը երկրորդ ընթերցմամբ քննարկման է ներկայացրել «ՀՀ զինված ուժերի կայազորային եւ պահակային ծառայությունների կանոնագիրքը հաստատելու մասին» ՀՀ օրենքում փոփոխություններ և լրացումներ կատարելու մասին» օրենքի նախագիծը: Երկրորդ ընթերցմամբ քննարկվել է նաեւ «ՀՀ զինված ուժերի ներքին ծառայության կանոնագիրքը հաստատելու մասին» ՀՀ օրենքում փոփոխություններ և լրացումներ կատարելու մասին» օրենքի նախագիծը:

ՀՀ ԿԲ նախագահի տեղակալ Ներսես Երիցյանը երկրորդ ընթերցմամբ քննարկման է ներկայացրել «Բնակարանային կրեդիտավորման մասին» օրենքի նախագիծը՝ կից փաթեթով: ԿԲ նախագահի տեղակալ Ներսես Երիցյանի ներկայացմամբ երկրորդ ընթերցմամբ քննարկվել է «Կուտակային կենսաթոշակների մասին» ՀՀ օրենքում փոփոխություններ և լրացումներ կատարելու մասին» օրինագիծը՝ կից փաթեթով:

Երկրորդ ընթերցմամբ քննարկվել են մի շարք օրենքի նախագծեր, որոնց թվում էր նաև «Վարչական իրավախախտումների վերաբերյալ» օրենսգիրքում փոփոխություններ կատարելու մասին օրենքի նախագիծը, որով գործադիրը վերացնում է ճանապարհային երթևեկության խախտումների համար տուգանքները ժամանակին չվճարելու դեպքում դրանց նկատմամբ կիրառվող տույժերի ինստիտուտը:

Ժամը 16:30-ին խորհրդարան կժամանեն ՀՀ կառավարության անդամները, ովքեր կպատասխանեն պատգամավորների գրավոր և բանավոր հարցերին:
