«Կասպերսկու լաբորատորիայի» թոփ մենեջեր Ռուսլան Ստոյանովի կալանավորման գործը ոչ մի առնչություն չունի ընկերության գործունեության հետ։ Այս մասին հայտնել է Եվգենի Կասպերսկին մարտի 2-ին Երեւանում անցկացված «Սպառնալիքներ թվային աշխարհին» դասընթացի ժամանակ, որը նվիրված էր հայ օգտատերերի ու նրանց բիզնեսի տեղեկատվական անվտանգությանը։

Նա նաեւ կոչ է արել այդ պատմությունը չհամեմատել Սնոուդենի գործի հետ։ «Մենք որեւէ տեղեկություն չունենք Ստոյանովի գործի վերաբերյալ։ Միակ բանը, որ կարող եմ հավելել՝ նրա մեղադրանքները ոչ մի կերպ կապակցված չեն մեր ընկերությունում նրա պրոֆեսիոնալ գործունեության հետ։ «Կասպերսկու լաբորատորիան» այդ քննությունում ներառված չէ ու խուզարկությունների չի ենթարկվում։ Մարդը պարզապես անհետացել է։ Իսկ մեզ հասկացրել են, որ այն, ինչի համար նրան կալանավորել են, ընկերության հետ ոչ մի կապ չունի։ Նրա գործողությունները, մասամբ, կամ գուցեեւ ամբողջովին կատարվել են մինչեւ մեզ մոտ աշխատանքի ընդունվելը։ Դա մի պատմություն է, որի մասին մենք ոչինչ չգիտենք, ու ամենայն հավանականությամբ չենք իմանա։ Վատ պատմություն է։ Մենք՝ ռուսական ընկերություններս, առանց այդ էլ մշտապես ստիպված ենք ապացուցել, որ մեզ կարելի է հավատալ։ Մենք, անկասկած, ունենք ներքին անվտանգության քաղաքականություն, բայց միեւնույն է աչքաթող ենք արել։ Ով կարող էր մտածել, եթե նույնիսկ հատուկ ծառայությունները չեն կարողացել ժամանակին նրան հայտնաբերել»,- հավելել է նա։

Հիշեցնենք, որ «Կասպերսկու լաբորատորիայի» կիբերհանցագործությունների հետաքննության բաժնի ղեկավար Ռուսլան Ստոյանովը դեկտեմբերից գտնվում է «Լեֆորտովո» քննչական մեկուսարանում՝ պետական դավաճանության մասին գործով։ Ենթադրվում է, որ նրա կալանավորումը կապակցված է ԱԴԾ տեղեկատվական ծառայության կենտրոնի ղեկավարի տեղակալներից մեկի՝ Սերգեյ Միխայլովի հանդեպ սկսված հետաքննության հետ։ Վերջինը իբրեւ օտարերկրյա կազմակերպություններից մեկից փող էր ստացել տեղեկատվական անվտանգության ոլորտում ռուսական ընկերության աշխատակցի միջնորդությամբ։

«Կասպերսկու լաբորատորիայի» համակարգչային միջադեպերի հետաքննությունների բաժինը 2013-ից սկսած համագործակցել է ԱԴԾ ու ՆԳՆ-ի հետ՝ կիբերհանցագործությունների վերլուծության ու կիբերանվտանգության ոլորտում քրեական գործերի փորձագիտական ուղեկցության վերլուծության շրջանակում։
