Ղազախստանը կարեւորում է Հայաստանի փորձը երկրի քաղաքական կյանքի արդիականացման գործընթացում

Ղազախստանում պետական բարեփոխումների արդիականացմանն ուղղված կլոր-սեղան քննարկում անցկացվեց երկու երկրների տարբեր ոլորտների ներկայացուցիչների մասնակցությամբ:  ՀՀ-ում Ղազախստանի արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Թիմուր Ուրազաևը այդ գործում կարեւորեց նաեւ հայ գործընկերների մասնակցությունը փորձի փոխանակման առումով: «Մեզ համար կարեւոր է իմանալ, թե որքանով են այդ բարեփոխումները  հետաքրքրում մեր հայ գործընկերներին: Մեզ համար կարեւոր է այդ ճանապարհին չկրկնել մեր կամ հարեւան երկրների անցյալի սխալները»,- Արմենպրեսի հաղորդմամբ ՝ ասաց դեսպանը՝ կարեւորելով քննարկման ընթացքում հնչած բոլոր առաջարկներն ու դիտողությունները:

ԱԺ ՀՀԿ խմբակցության անդամ Հայկ Բաբուխանյանի խոսքով՝ Հայաստանի համար Ղազախստանը ոչ միայն լավ բարեկամ է, այլեւ լավ գործընկեր: «Ղազախստանը երբեք անտարբեր չի եղել Հայաստանի խնդիրների նկատմամբ: Մենք ականատես ենք եղել այդ երկրում վերջին 25 տարում կատարված հսկայական բարեփոխումներին»,-ասաց Բաբուխանյանը՝  Ղազախստանի իշխանություններին հորդորելով զերծ մնալ այդ ճանապարհին շտապողականությունից, ինչը բազմաթիվ երկրների օրինակով կարող  է ունենալ հակառակ ազդեցություն:

2017 թվականի հունվարի 25-ին Ղազախստանի նախագահ Նազարբաեւը հանդես է եկել Ղազախստանի ժողովրդին ուղղված ուղերձով` իշխանության մարմինների լիազորությունների վերադասավորման վերաբերյալ:

Ուղերձում հիմնական ուշադրությունը կենտրոնացված էր երկրի քաղաքական կյանքի արդիականացման գործընթացի վրա` կապված հինգ ինստիտուցիոնալ բարեփոխումների գործընթացի հետ:

Նախատեսվող բարեփոխումներն ուղղված կլինեն նախ եւ առաջ խորհրդարանի լիազորությունների ընդլայնմանը, ինչպես նաեւ Կառավարության ինքնուրույնությանն ու պարտականություններին:
