Սննդամթերքի անվտանգության պետական ծառայության նորաբաց կենտրոնը կնվազեցնի մատուցվող ծառայությունների ժամանակը

 Հայաստանի ԳՆ սննդամթերքի անվտանգության պետական ծառայության նորաբաց կենտրոնի առավել համակարգված ծառայություններն այսուհետ կնվազեցնեն վարչարարությունը, մատուցվող ծառայությունների ժամանակը: Արմենպրեսի հաղորդմամբ՝ մարտի 3-ին տեղի ունեցավ սպասարկման կենտրոնի բացման արարողությունը: Ներկա էին գյուղատնտեսության նախարար Իգնատի Առաքելյանը, ԳՆ «Գյուղատնտեսական ծրագրերի իրականացման գրասենյակ» պետական հիմնարկի տնօրեն Գեղամ Գևորգյանը:

«Սննդամթերքի անվտանգության պետական ծառայությունը զգալիորեն պարզեցրել է վարչարարությունն ու ծառայությանն առնչվող ընթացակարգերը, ներդրել է էլեկտրոնային կառավարման գործիքներ և, արդյունքում, ապահովել թափանցիկություն: Հուսով եմ՝ սպասարկման կենտրոնում մատուցվող ծառայությունները կօգնեն թե տնտեսվարողներին, թե սպառողներին, միաժամանակ՝ կխնայվի բոլորի ժամանակը», -«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ ասաց ծառայության պետ Իշխան Կարապետյանը:

Նրա խոսքերով՝ սպասարկման կենտրոնն ունի խորհրդատու, ով տեղում կաջակցի այցելուներին՝ տարբեր ստորաբաժանումներ ուղղորդելու փոխարեն: Ապրանքի ռիսկայնության մակարդակը տնտեսվարողը կարող է ճշտել  ծառայության պաշտոնական կայքում՝ snund.am: Այսուհետ ներմուծվող և արտահանվող ապրանքների սերտիֆիկատները կկնքվեն տեղում՝ էլեկտրոնային եղանակով լրացվելուց հետո: Ծառայության ենթահսկման ներմուծվող և արտահանվող բեռների փասթաթղթավորումը կիրականացվի 20 րոպեում՝ նախկին երկու ժամվա փոխարեն: 

«Ստեղծվել է արտահանողների արտադրական գործունեության տվյալների բազա և, եռամսյակային պարբերականությամբ ու սահմանված ձևաչափով տեղեկատվություն ներկայացնելու դեպքում, տնտեսվարողը հնարավարություն կտա բեռի արտահանման ուղեկցող փաստաթղթերը ստանալ նույն օրը՝ առանց լաբորատոր փորձաքննության»,-նշեց Իշխան Կարապետյանը:

Նրա խոսքերով՝ փոփոխությունները լինելու են շարունակական, նախատեսում է նաև դրանք իրականացնել  Հայաստանի մարզերում: Ծառայության պետը շնորհակալություն հայտնեց Համաշխարհային բանկի ֆինանսավորմամբ «Գյուղատնտեսական ԾԻԳ» պետական հիմնարկի կողմից իրականցվող «Համայնքների գյուղատնտեսական ռեսուրսների կառավարման և մրցունակության» երկրորդ ծրագրին, որի շրջանակներում և աջակցությամբ իրականցվել է կենտրոնի գործարկումը:

« Սննդամթերքի անվտանգության պետական ծառայությանը, Համաշխարհային բանկի ֆինանսավորմամբ իրականցվող երկրորդ ծրագրի շրջանակներում, կտրամադրվի նաև այլ օժանդակություն՝ գործիքների, լաբորատոր սարքավորումների և վերապատրաստումների տեսքով»,- եզրափակեց Գեղամ Գևորգյանը:
