ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարար Լևոն Մկրտչյանն ընդունել է աշխատանքային այցով Երևանում գտնվող ՌԴ, ԱՊՀ, արտասահմանում բնակվող հայրենակիցների և միջազգային հումանիտար համագործակցության հարցերով Դաշնային գործակալության (Ռուսհամագործակցություն) ղեկավար Լյուբով Գլեբովային: Հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկվել են հայ-ռուսական կրթական համագործակցությանն առն չվող մի շարք հարցեր:

Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարարության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի և տեղեկատվության վարչությունից:

Ողջունելով հյուրին՝ նախարար Լևոն Մկրտչյանը կարևորել է Ռուսհամագործակցության գործակալության կողմից մեր երկրում իրականացվող  կրթական և հումանիտար գործունեությունը, և այն հետևողական աշխատանքը, որն այդ ուղղությամբ իրականացնում է գործակալությունը. «Մեր երկու երկրների միջև ձևավորվել է կրթության և գիտության ոլորտներում համագործակցելու  նպաստավոր միջավայր: Գտնվելով  կրթամշակութային և քաղաքակրթական  ընդհանուր տարածքում՝  մենք անցել ենք պատմական  համատեղ ճանապարհ, որը շատ ամուր հիմք է՝ հետագա հարաբերությունների զ արգացման համար»,- նշել է նախարարը:

Անդրադառնալով հայ-ռուսական կրթության և գիտության ոլորտում իրականացվող ծրագրերին՝ ԿԳ նախարարը նշել է Երևանում Հայ-ռուսական  սլավոնական համալսարանի գործունեությունը, Լոմոնոսովի անվան Մոսկվայի պետական համալսարանի  երևանյան մասնաճյուղի բացումը,  միջպետական կրթաթոշակային ծրագրերը, միջբուհական հորիզոնական կապերը: ՀՀ ԿԳ նախարարը նշել է, որ ՀՀ կառավարության հանձնարարությամբ  նախարարությունում  մշակվում է օտար լեզուների զարգացման հայեցակարգ, որի համատեքստում դիտարկվում է նաև ռուսաց լեզվի զարգացումն ու ռուսերենի դասավ անդման որակի բարելավումը:
