ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազ Արթուր Դավթյանը հանդիպել է ԵՊՀ ուսանողների հետ

ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազ  Արթուր Դավթյանը  մարտի 6-ին  հանդիպել է Երևանի պետական համալսարանի  իրավագիտության ֆակուլտետի  ուսանողների հետ: 

Ողջունելով ուսանողներին՝ Արթուր Դավթյանը  կարևորել է նրանց հետ նման ձևաչափով պարբերական հանդիպումները:   

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ դատախազության հանրային կապերի բաժնից, Արթուր Դավթյանը կարևորել է ուսանողների՝ տեսական գիտելիքները գործնական հմտություններով ամրապնդելու անհրաժեշտությունը` այդ նպատակով առաջարկելով կոնկրետ միջոցառումների իրականացում: 

ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազն ուսանողներին առաջարկել է ներկայացնել դատախազական համակարգին վերաբերող իրենց մոտեցումները և պատկերացումները, որոնք հաշվի կառնվեն բարեփոխումներ իրականացնելիս:   

Գլխավոր դատախազը ուսանողների հետ հանդիպմանը  ներկայացրել է դատախազական գործառույթների իրականացման արդյունավետության բարձրացմանը նպաստող օրենսդրական, կազմակերպա-իրավական մեխանիզմների զարգացման ընթացքը, հեռանկարները, մասնավորապես, հատուկ անդրադարձ կատարելով միջդատական վարույթում դատախազի դերին՝ որպես հանրային և մասնավոր շահերի միաժամանակյա և համաչափ ապահովման երաշխավորի: 

Գլխավոր դատախազն,  անդրադառնալով «Դատախազության մասին օրենքի»  նախագծի մշակմանը, ներկայացրել է օրենսդրական այդ փոփոխության հիմքերը, անհրաժեշտությունը, նոր իրավակարգավորումների տրամաբանությունն ու սկզբունքները: 

Հանդիպմանը գլխավոր դատախազը պատասխանել է նաև ուսանողների հարցերին, որոնք վերաբերել են դատախազների լիազորություններին, օպերատիվ հետախուզական մարմինների նկատմամբ դատախազական հսկողությանը, քրեական հետապնդման ոլորտում  իրավապահ մարմինների համագործակցությանը և դատաիրավական բարեփոխումներին: 

Հանդիպման ավարտին գլխավոր դատախազը ապագա իրավաբաններին հորդորել է հետևողականորեն և ջանասիրաբար հարստացնել տեսական գիտելիքների պաշարը, հետևել երկրում ընթացող իրավական գործընթացներին, միջազգային-իրավական մոտեցումների զարգացմանը, ակտիվություն ցուցաբերել իրենց ներգրավվածությամբ կազմակերպվող միջոցառումներին՝ երկրում  դատաիրվական ոլորտի շարունակական  բարելավմանը նպաստ բերելու և այն ի շահ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ծառայեցնելու համար:
