Վախ, երկյուղ, ահ, զարհուրանք, մարդկանց կողմից ընկալվող իրավիճակ, որում վտանգի է ենթարկվում վերջիններիս հանգստությունը կամ ապահովությունը։

Ձեզ ենք ներկայացնում վախի մասին մի քանի աֆորիզմներ՝ մեծ մտածողներից։

Ծայրահեղ իրավիճակներում վախը մոբիլիզացնում է մարդու բոլոր ուժերն ակտիվ գործողությունների համար: Նման պահերին արյան մեջ ադրենալինի ուժեղ արտանետում է լինում և մկանային հյուսվածքն արյան հետ ավելի շատ թթվածին  ու սննդարար նյութեր է ստանում: Շատ հնարավոր է, որ յուրաքանչյուր ոք վախենալիս կրծքավանդակում ծանրության զգացում է ունենում: Բացի դրանից, սթրեսային իրավիճակում մարդու դեմքը խիստ գունատվում է: Դա տեղի է ունենում, որովհետև արյունը մաշկից ու ստամոքսից ուժեղ հոսքով «գնում է» դեպի մկանները:

Վախի զգացումը մարդուն օգնում է արագ ռազմավարական որոշումներ ընդունել ինֆորմացիայի պակասի դեպքում: Հաղթահարելով վախը՝ ամեն մարդ իր նոր հնարավորություններն  է հայտնաբերում և սկսում է կյանքն ընկալել այլ տեսանկյունից: Նա սովորում է գնահատել կյանքն իր բոլոր դրսևորումներով, շրջակա աշխարհը նրա համար ավելի վառ գույներ է ստանում, յուրաքանչյուր իրավիճակ գնահատվում է վախի զգացման հաղթահարման տեսանկյունից:

 Վախը հանդուգին կարող է երկչոտ դարձնել, բայց անվճռական մարդուն արիություն է ներշնչում:

Երբ  սարսափի դեմ մատնվում ես երկյուղի, սկսում ես զգալ երկյուղի սարսափը:

Երբեմն վախն աղետի հանդեպ ավելի մեծ աղետի է հասցնում:

Վախը հարբուխի պես վարակիչ է և ամեն անգամ եզակի թիվը դարձնում է հոգնակի:

Գայլը, թեկուզ և միայնակ, սարսափելի է ոչխարների մի ամբողջ հոտի համար:

Չպետք է թողնել, որ վախը թելադրի խելքին:

Դանթե

Ով մահից վախենում է , նա արդեն չի ապրում:

Զեյմե

Ում չի վիճակվում վախը հաղթահարել ամեն օր, նա դեռևս հասու չէ կյանքի դասերին:

Վախի պատճառն  անհայտությունն է:

Վախկոտ շունն ավելի շատ հաչում է, քան կծում:
