Պատանի երաժիշտները ՀՀ մշակույթի նախարարության իրականացրած ծրագրով ստացել են 312 երաժշտական գործիք

 Երաժշտական և արվեստի դպրոցներում սովորող պատանի երաժիշտներին «Հայաստանի երաժշտական և արվեստի դպրոցների համար երաժշտական գործիքների ձեռքբերում» ծրագրի արդյունքում 2013-2016թթ-ին  312 երաժշտական գործիք է հանձնվել:

Այս տարի երաժշտական գործիքների հանձնման արարողությունը տեղի ունեցավ Երևանի Չայկովսկու անվան երաժշտական միջնակարգ մասնագիտական դպրոցում: Ներկա էր ՀՀ մշակույթի նախարար Արմեն Ամիրյանը:

«Չորրորդ տարին է, ինչ մենք իրականացնում ենք այս ծրագիրը: Տրամադրել ենք արդեն 312 երաժշտական գործիք՝ ջութակ, թավջութակ, ալտ, գալարափող, քամանչա, քանոն և այլն: Ուզում եմ առիթն օգտագործել և կոչ անել հայ գործարարներին, որ մասնակցեն նման ծրագրերի՝ նվիրաբերեն երաժշտական գործիքներ, օգնեն երաժիշտ երեխաներին»,- ասաց Արմեն Ամիրյանը և հույս հայտնեց, որ նման աջակցությունների շնորհիվ կկարողանան ծրագրերն ավելի լայնորեն հասանելի դարձնել հեռավոր գյուղերում ապրող երեխաներին:

2007թ-ից  ՀՀ մշակույթի նախարարության կողմից իրականացվում է Հայաստանի երաժշտական և արվեստի դպրոցներում ազգային, փողային և լարային նվագարանների գծով  ուսուցում ծրագիրը, որի շրջանակներում յուրաքանչյուր տարի շուրջ 2400 աշակերտ ստանում է անվճար ուսուցման հնարավորություն: Ծրագրի իրականացման արդյունքում՝ մի շարք դպրոցներում վերաբացվել են ազգային լարային և փողային նվագարանների  բաժիններ:

2013 թվականից Մշակույթի նախարարության կողմից իրականացված ուսումնասիրությունների և մասնագիտական լսումների արդյունքները ցույց են տվել, որ դպրոցներում առկա երաժշտական գործիքների պակասը և զգալի մասի մաշվածությունը բացասաբար է անդրադառնում կրթամշակութային հաստատությունների ուսումնական գործընթացի վրա: 2013 թ-ին մշակույթի նախարարությունը նախաձեռնել է «Հայաստանի երաժշտական և արվեստի դպրոցների համար երաժշտական գործիքների ձեռքբերում» ծրագիրը: 

Ծրագրով գնված երաժշտական գործիքները տրամադրվում են երաժշտական և արվեստի դպրոցներում սովորող պատանի երաժիշտներին, նոր ձևավորվող մասնագիտական դասարանների սաներին և սոցիալապես անապահով ընտանիքների երեխաներին:
