Կլինիկական խորհրդում ամփոփել են համալսարանական հիվանդանոցների ձեռքբերումները

 Կլինիկական խորհրդի հերթական ընդլայնված նիստն անցկացվեց մարտի 10-ին, որին ներկա էին երկու համալսարանական հիվանդանոցային համալիրների գլխավոր բժիշկները, կլինիկաների և բաժանմունքների ղեկավարները, հյուրեր:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին Երևանի պետական բժշկական համալսարանից, կլինիկական աշխատանքների գծով պրոռեկտոր Արմեն Մինասյանի բացման խոսքից հետո համալսարանական «Հերացի» թիվ 1 և «Մուրացան» հիվանդանոցային համալիրների գլխավոր բժիշկներ Արեն Բաբլումյանը և Բագրատ Բավեյանը ներկայացրին հիվանդանոցների տարեկան հաշվետվությունները՝ դրանք համեմատելով նախորդ մի քանի տարիների հիմնական ցուցանիշների հետ: Անդրադարձ կատարվեց ձեռքբերումներին, առկա խնդիրներին, ինչպես նաև առաջիկա անելիքներին:

Այնուհետև գլխավոր հաշվապահի տեղակալ Բեատրիսա Կեովտերելյանը ներկայացրեց համալսարանական հիվանդանոցային համալիրների ֆինանսական հաշվետվությունը:

ԵՊԲՀ ռեկտոր Արմեն Մուրադյանը նշեց, որ կլինիկական աշխատանքերի բարելավման ուղղությամբ քննարկումները շարունակական են լինելու և դրանք, առաջին հերթին, միտված են առկա խնդիրների վերհանմանն ու լուծման ուղիների մշակմանը: 

«Համալսարանական կլինիկան չի կարող գոյատևել առանց ժամանակակից տեխնոլոգիաների ներդրման և հագեցման»,- նկատեց նա՝ կարևորելով նաև բժշկագիտական միջազգային զարգացումներին համահունչ բարեփոխումների իրականացումը:

Ռեկտորը շնորհավորեց նաև համալսարանական հիվանդանոցի բոլոր կին բուժաշխատողներին՝ ընդգծելով, որ կանայք բժշկական հաստատություններում կարևոր դերակատարում ունեն, որովհետև ամենօրյա բարդ և պատասխանատու աշխատանքին զուգահեռ՝ ձևավորում են կարեկցանքի և հոգատարության մթնոլորտ:

Կլինիկական խորհրդի նիստը եզրափակվեց կանանց մեկամսյակի առթիվ բուժաշխատողների պարգևատրման արարողությամբ:

Աշխատանքային և մասնագիտական հաջողությունների համար պարգևատրվեցին համալսարանական երեք բաժանմուքնները և շուրջ չորս տասնյակ կին բուժաշխատողներ:

Պարգևատրվողների թվում էր նաև «Մուրացան» պոլիկլինիկայի բուժքույր Անուշ Հովհաննիսյանը: Նա ամենօրյա աշխատանքին զուգահեռ՝ ևս մեկ կարևոր առաքելություն է իրականացնում. դաստիարակում է իր 11 երեխաներին, ընդ որում՝ ավագ որդին 18 տարեկան է և ծառայում է Հայոց բանակում:
