Հայաստանում այսօր գործող կրթության պետպատվերի համակարգն արատավոր է, պնդում է «Հայակական վերածնունդ» (վերակազմավորված «Օրինաց երկիր») կուսակցության առաջնորդ Արթուր Բաղդասարյանը:

Այսօր՝ մարտի 12-ին, Երեւանի երիտասարդության հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ նա նշեց, որ երկրում կրթությունը պետք է բոլորի համար մատչելի լինի՝ անկախ նրա սոցիալական կարգավիճակից, սակայն իրականում հազարավոր երիտասարդներ չեն կարողանում ուսման համար վճարել: Պետությունն այսօր կրթության ոլորտին պետական բյուջեից 12 մլրդ դրամ է հատկացնում, սակայն, Բաղդասարյանի կարծիքով, այս միջոցները կարելի է ավելի արդյունավետ օգտագործել՝ որակյալ կրթությամբ ապահովելով ավելի մեծ թվով երիտասարդների:

«Եթե ուսանողը լավ է սովորում, նա պետք է անվճար սովորի: Եթե ուսանողը ֆինանսական խնդիրներ ունի, պետությունը պետք է նրան բարձրագույն կամ միջին մասնագիտական կրթություն ստանալու պետպատվերով ապահովի: Այսօր գործող պետպատվերի համակարգն արատավոր է, եւ այն անհրաժեշտ է բարեփոխել, այնպես անել, որ երիտասարդները ստիպված չլինեն ռեկտորից ուսման վարձի զեղչեր խնդրել»,- ասաց քաղաքական գործիչը:

Բաղդասարյանը հավելեց, որ երկրի բոլոր շրջաններում անհրաժեշտ է սոցիալական  հատուկ կենտրոններ ստեղծել, որոնք կօգնեն սերտ կապ հաստատել աշխատանքի շուկայի եւ կրթական համակարգի միջեւ ու մասնագետներ պատրաստել, որոնք երկրին պետք են, եւ որոնք աշխատանք հեշտ կգտնեն:

«Մենք հազարավոր իրավաբանների կարիք չունենք, որոնց այսօր արտադրում են Հայաստանի բոլոր բուհերը: Հայաստանի Ագրարային համալսարանի նպատակը լավ ագրոնոմներ պատրաստելն է, այլ ոչ թե իրավաբաններ: Մանկավարժական համալսարանի նպատակը՝ մանկավարժներ պատրաստելը, այլ ոչ թե իրավաբաններ կամ տնտեսագետներ: Մենք պետք է շեշտը դնենք արդյունաբերության, նոր տեխնոլոգիաների եւ ռազմական արդյունաբերության ոլորտում ուսուցման վրա»,- ասաց Արթուր Բաղդասարյանը:

Նա հավելեց, որ զարգացած շատ երկրներում այսօր հատուկ ինովացիոն հիմնադրամներ են գործում, որոնք երիտասարդ մասնագետներին օգնում են իրականացնել իրենց բիզնես նախագծերը: Բաղդասարյանի կարծիքով՝ այսպիսի հիմնադրամ պետք է ստեղծվի նաեւ Հայաստանում, որին պետք է պետական բյուջեից գոնե 5 մլրդ դրամ հատկացվի:
