 Թուրքիան ռիսկային խաղ է խաղում Եվրոպայի հետ: Այս մասին Արմենպրեսի մամուլի սրահում հրավիրված ասուլիսում նշեց ՀՀ ԳԱԱ  արևելագիտության ինստիտուտի տնօրեն, թուրքագետ Ռուբեն Սաֆրաստյանը` անդրադառնալով Թուրքիայի և եվրոպական երկրների հարաբերությունների սրմանը` կապված Եվրոպայում Թուրքիայի սահմանադրական հանրաքվեի քարոզչության արգելքների հետ:

«Ինչպես տեսնում ենք, այժմ Եվրոպայի կողմից իրականացվում է Թուրքիային տնայնացնելու գործընթաց: Դա տասնյակ տարիներ տեղի է ունենում, սակայն արդյունք չի տալիս: Թուրքիան իրեն թույլ է տալիս այնպիսի հայտարարություններ, որոնք ընդունված չեն եվրոպական դիվանագիտական պրակտիկայում»,-ասաց Ռուբեն Սաֆրաստյանը:

Եվրոպական տարբեր երկրների ու Թուրքիայի հարաբերություններում լարվածություն կա, այդուհանդերձ, թուրքագետը չի շտապում ասել, որ Եվրոպան Թուրքիայից հեռանում է: Կան բացասական երևույթներ, սակայն, Ռուբեն Սաֆրաստյանն առաջարկում է դիտարկել Գերմանիայի կանցլեր Անգելա Մերկելի հայտարարությունը: Մերկելը նշել էր, որ Թուրքիան Եվրոպային անհրաժեշտ է, հետևաբար կխուսափեն այնպիսի քայլերից, որոնք էլ ավելի կսրեն հարաբերությունները:

«Եվրոպան կամուրջները չի այրում Թուրքիայի հետ հարաբերություններում: Պատճառները տարբեր են`Թուրքիայի աշխարհաքաղաքական գործոնը, այդ երկրի ռազմական հզորությունը, տնտեսական աճը, նրա ներգրավվածությունը տարածաշրջանային գործընթացներում, դրանից բացի, Թուրքիայի միջոցով միգրացիոն հոսքերը կառավարելի դարձնելը: Այս առումով Թուրքիան կարևոր է Եվրոպայի համար: Դրանից բացի, ինչպես գիտենք, Թուրքիան միլիոնավոր քաղաքացիներ ունի Եվրոպայում, որոնց փորձում է օգտագործել երկրի ներսում իր խնդիրները լուծելու համար, և չի բացառվում, որ հետագայում նրանց օգ տագործի Եվրոպայի դեմ: Հետևաբար, Եվրոպան փորձում է լեզու գտնել Թուրքիայի հետ»,- ասաց Ռուբեն Սաֆրաստյանը:

Ինչո՞ւ է Թուրքիան այդպիսի քայլերի դիմում, Եվրոպայի հետ խոսում սպառնալիքի լեզվով: Ռուբեն Սաֆրաստյանը նշեց, որ խաղադրույքներն է բարձրացնում:

«Թուրքիան նախկինում ևս նման քաղաքականություն է իրականցրել Իսրայելի, Ռուսաստանի Սիրիայի հետ: Նույն քայլերը փորձում է իրականացնել Եվրոպայի հետ: Սա արկածախնդրային քաղաքականություն է: Նա բարձրացնում է խաղադրույքները և ավելի ռիսկային խաղի է գնում Եվրոպայի հետ հարաբերություններում: Մինչև հիմա տեսնում ենք, որ Թուրքիային դա հաջողվել է, այժմ էլ փորձում է ավելի շատ բան պոկել Եվրոպայից»,-ասաց նա` ընդգծելով, որ Թուրքիան չի համապատասխանում Եվրամիության արժեքներին:
