Ջրային տնտեսության պետական կոմիտեն և ՅՈՒՆԻՍԵՖ-ը կհամագործակցեն ջրի որակի բարելավման հարցում

Խմելու ջրի որակը մշտապես գտնվել է ՄԱԿ-ի Մանկական հիմնադրամի՝ ՅՈՒՆԻՍԵՖ-ի ուշադրության կենտրոնում: Այս փուլում Հիմնադրամն առաջնային է համարում հնարավոր արտակարգ իրավիճակների պայմաններում հասարակությանը անհրաժեշտ քանակի և որակի խմելու ջրով ապահովելու պատրաստության գնահատումն ու բարելավումը:

Այս մասին ՀՀ ԷԵԲՊՆ Ջրային տնտեսության պետական կոմիտեում կայացած հանդիպման ժամանակ հայտարարեց ՅՈՒՆԻՍԵՖԻ ջրի որակի և սանիտարահիգիենիկ պայմանների ապահովման փորձագետ Զլատկո Սահադզիչը:

Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԷԵԲՊՆ ջրային տնտեսության պետական կոմիտեի մամուլի ծառայությունից:

«Այս ծրագրի շրջանակներում մենք մեծապես կարևորում ենք Ջրային տնտեսության պետական կոմիտեի հետ համագործակցությունը և ակնկալում համապատասխան աջակցություն՝ կարիքների գնահատման և հետագա քայլերի հստակեցման առումով»,- ասել է Զ. Սահադզիչը:

ՋՏՊԿ նախագահ Արսեն Հարությունյանը գոհունակությամբ նշել է, որ ջրի որակի նկատմամբ ունեցած նման վերաբերմունքը նույնական է Ջրային տնտեսության պետական կոմիտեի և ՅՈՒՆԻՍԵՖ-ի մոտ:

«Շատ ուրախ եմ ՅՈՒՆԻՍԵՖ-ի հետ համագործակցության այս առաջարկի համար, քանի որ ակնհայտ է, որ երկու կառույցների համար խմելու ջրի որակի հետ կապված հարցերը առաջնահերթություն են: Ուզում եմ վստահեցնել, որ խմելու ջրի միասնական վարձակալ «Վեոլիա ջուր» ընկերության հետ կնքված պայմանագրում ջրի որակի մասին շատ հստակ ձևակերպումներ և պահանջներ կան: Սահմանված են ջրի որակի հետ կապված չափանիշները, որոնց ապահովումը վարձակալի հիմնական պարտավորություններից  է: Գործելու է  ջրի որակի պարբերական մոնիտորինգի համակարգ: Վարձակալը պետք է ունենա  ջրի որակի մշտադիտարկման ծրագիր, որը գտնվելու է անկախ աուդիտորի հսկողության տակ»,- մանրամասնել է Ա. Հարությունյանը:

ՋՏՊԿ նախագահը նաև նշել է, որ ջրի որակի կիսամյակային ուսումնասիրություններ է իրականացնում նաև Առողջապահության նախարարությունը, որի արդյունքները նույնպես օգտագործվում են ջրի որակի վերահսկման նպատակով:

«Ջրի որակի բարելավմանն ուղղված աշխատանքներ իրականացվել են նաև նախկինում: Կարող եմ վստահեցնել, որ այդ առումով նկատելի առաջընթաց ունենք, սակայն դա չի նշանակում, որ խնդիրներն ամբողջությամբ վերացվել են: Մեզ համար այս պահին ամենախոցելի խնդիրը շարունակում է մնալ սպասարկման տարածքից դուրս գտնվող 560 համայնքներում ջրի որակի ապահովման հարցը, քանի որ այդ համայնքները չեն սպասարկվում ո՛չ «Վեոլիա Ջուր» ընկերության, ո՛չ պետության կողմից»,- ասել է Ա. Հարությունյանը:

Ըստ նրա՝ ՁՏՊԿ առաջնային խնդիրներից մեկն էլ այս համայնքները սպասարկման տարածք դարձնելն է՝ ապահովելով պատշաճ ջրամատակարարում և ջրի որակ:
