 ՀՀ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարար Դավիթ Տոնոյանն աշխատանքային այցով Արմավիրի մարզում էր: Նախարարն այցելեց մարզային փրկարարական վարչություն, Վաղարշապատ, Արմավիր քաղաքների և Բաղրամյան համայնքի հրշեջ-փրկարարական ջոկատներ,  ծանոթացավ փրկարարական կազմին և տեխնիկական հագեցվածությանը:  ՀՀ ԱԻՆ ՓԾ տնօրեն փ/ծ գնդապետ Մ. Ղազարյանի, ՀՀ ԱԻՆ աշխատակազմի ղեկավար Գ. Հայրապետյանի և Արմավիրի մարզային փրկարարական վարչության պետ, փ/ծ գնդապետ Հ. Մարգարյանի հետ քննարկվեցին մարզի հրշեջ-փրկարարական ջոկատների տեխնիկական հագեցվածության, համազգեստի որակի բարելավման և հրշեջ մեքենաների արդիականացման խնդիրները: Նախարարին ներկայացվեց հրշեջ-փրկարարական ջոկատների շենքային պայմանների բարեկարգման և արդիականացման նախագիծը: 

Ինչպես տեղեկանում ենք ՀՀ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարությունից, ԱԻ նախարարը եղավ նաև Հայկական ատոմային էլեկտրակայանում (ՀԱԷԿ), հանդիպեց տնօրինության հետ: Հանդիպման ընթացքում նախարարին ներկայացվեցին ընթացիկ աշխատանքներն ու խնդիրները: Նախարար Տոնոյանն այցելեց նաև ՀԱԷԿ-ի հատուկ հրշեջ ջոկատը, զրուցեց անձնակազմի հետ, ծանոթացավ վերջիններիս շենքային պայմաններին, տեխնիկական զինվածությանն ու խնդիրներին: 

Այցի ընթացքում նախարարը հանդիպեց Արմավիրի մարզպետ Աշոտ Ղահրամանյանի և մի շարք համայնքների ղեկավարների հետ: Քննարկվեցին համայնքների և տեղի փրկարարական ջոկատների միջև համագործակցության խորացման ուղիները: Իր խոսքում ԱԻ նախարարն անդրադարձավ մարզերում աղետների ռիսկի կառավարման հիմնահարցին՝ նշելով, որ այս ոլորտում առկա խնդիրների լուծման սկիզբ կարող է դառնալ համայնքային բյուջեում աղետների ռիսկի նվազեցմանը միտված կետի ներառումը:
