 ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի ՀԿԳ քննության գլխավոր վարչության վարույթում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ բժշկական կենտրոնում Արթուր Սարգսյանի մահվան դեպքի առթիվ։ Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:

Երևան քաղաքի բնակիչ, 1968թ. ծնված Արթուր Սարգսյանը 2017թ. մարտի 15-ին՝ ժամը 18:50-ին, «սպիտակ գծի օղակված ճողվածք» ախտորոշմամբ ընդունվել է «Արմենիա» բժշկական կենտրոն և ենթարկվել վիրահատության, որից ժամեր անց նույն բժշկական կենտրոնում արձանագրվել է նրա կենսաբանական մահը՝ սիրտ-անոթային անբավավարություն, բազմօրգանային անբավարարություն, թոքերի տոտալ այտուց ախտորոշմամբ:
Նկատի ունենալով, որ նյութերում առկա են բժշկական օգնություն և սպասարկում իրականացնողների կողմից մասնագիտական պարտականությունները ենթադրյալ ոչ պատշաճ կատարելու հետևանքով բուժվող հիվանդին անզգուշությամբ մահ պատճառելու՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 130-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով նախատեսված հանցագործության հատկանիշներ՝ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ՀԿԳ քննության գլխավոր վարչության վարույթում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 130-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով:
ՀՀ ՔԿ նախագահի հանձնարարությամբ ստեղծվել է քննչական խումբ, մշակվել է քննչական պլան։ Արսեն Սարգսյանը ճանաչվել է տուժողի իրավահաջորդ։
Արթուր Սարգսյանի մահվան պատճառները պարզելու համար նշանակվել է դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություն, որի կատարմանը հնարավոր ություն կտրվի մասնակցելու տուժողի իրավահաջորդին և նրա ներկայացուցիչներին։ Տուժողի իրավահաջորդը և նրա ներկայացուցիչները միջնորդել են նախաքննական մարմնին փորձաքննությանը ներգրավել նաև միջազգային փորձագետներին։ Միջնորդությունը բավարարվել է, և ներկայումս քննարկվում է տուժողի իրավահաջորդների ներկայացուցիչների վկայակոչված միջազգային փորձագետներին՝ փորձաքննության կատարմանը մասնակից դարձնելու հարցը։
Փորձաքննության համար առգրավվել են ոչ միայն «Արմենիա» բժշկական կենտրոնում Արթուր Սարգսյանի հիվանդության պատմագիրը, այլ նա և՝ շտապօգնության, «Նուբարաշեն» ՔԿՀ-ում, «Դատապարտյալների հիվանդանոց» ՔԿՀ-ում նրա առողջական վիճակի վերաբերյալ առկա բժշկական փաստաթղթերը։
Քննության ընթացքի և արդյունքների մասին տեղեկույթ կտրամադրվի պարբերաբար։
