ՀՀ տրանսպորտի, կապի և տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների նախարար Վահան Մարտիրոսյանը Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում Չինաստանի Ժողովրդական Հանրապետության արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Թիան Էրլունի հետ մարտի 21-ին այցելեց չինական «Սինոհիդրո Քորփորեյշն» ընկերության աշխատանքային բազա: Այստեղ նախարարը և դեսպանը հանդիպում ունեցան ընկերության ղեկավար Վեն Սիաոյի հետ: 

Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ տրանսպորտի, կապի և տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների նախարարության լրատվական ծառայությունից:


«Սինոհիդրո Քորփորեյշն»-ը իրականացնում է «Հյուսիս-հարավ ճանապարհային միջանցքի ներդրումային ծրագրի» Տրանշ 3-ի Թալին-Գյումրի ճանապարհի Թալին-Լանջիկ և Լանջիկ-Գյումրի ճանապարհահատվածների շինարարական աշխատանքները: Հիմնանորոգման ընթացքում նախատեսվում է ճանապարհի արդիականացում և լայնացում` երկու գոտի և մեկ երթևեկելի ուղի ունեցող ճանապարհը կունենա չորս գոտի և երկու երթևեկելի ուղի:

Կապալառու ընկերության ղեկավարը նախարարին ներկայացրեց եղանակի բարելավման հետ վերսկսվող շինարարական աշխատանքների պլանը, առանձնացրեց այն խնդիրները, որոնք անհրաժեշտ է շտկել շինարարության մեկնարկից առաջ:

Քննարկվեցին հողահատկացումներին, բետոնափռման, շինարարական աշխատանքներին, որակի վերահսկողության մեխանիզմներին վերաբերող հարցեր: Նախարարը նշեց, որ ցանկացած տիպի խնդիր առաջանալու դեպքում կարող են ամենօրյա քննարկումներ ունենալ նախարարության «Տրանսպորտային ծրագրերի իրականացման կազմակերպություն» ՊՈԱԿ-ի հետ և համատեղ լուծումներ գտնել:

Նախարարը կարևորեց բարձր որակով ճանապարհի կառուցումը և հույս հայտնեց, որ ընկերությունը հետ չի մնա պայմանագրով սահմանված ժամկետներից: 

«Տրանսպորտային ծրագրերի իրականացման կազմակերպություն» ՊՈԱԿ-ի տնօրենի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար Վարդան Կարապետյանն «Սինոհիդրո Քորփորեյշն» ընկերության ղեկավարությանը առաջարկեց մինչև մարտ ամսվա ավարտը ներկայացնել առաջիկա գործողությունների ամփոփ ծրագիրը:
