Դիլիջանում կկատարվի 1.7 մլն դոլարի ներդրում

 Տավուշի մարզի Դիլիջան խոշորացված համայնքում  ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և զարգացման նախարարության ներկայացուցիչներն այսօր ծանոթացել են համայնքում իրականացվող ծրագրերի ընթացքին:

Ինչպես  տեղեկանում ենք ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և զարգացման նախարարության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, USAID-ի «Աջակցություն տեղական ինքնակառավարման բարեփոխումներին»  ծրագրի շրջանակներում Դիլիջան համայնքում 2017-2018 թթ-ի  ընթացքում կկատարվի 1.7 մլն դոլարի ներդրում: Արդեն Դիլիջան համայնքին տրամադրվել են 3 ինքնաթափ բեռնատար, 2 բազմաֆունկցիոնալ էքսկավատոր, 1 գրեյդեր:

Առաջիկայում  համայնքը կստանա ևս մեկ ինքնաթափ բեռնատար և ավտոգրեյդեր, սանմաքրման փոշեկուլ մեքենա,  ձյուն մաքրող կոմունալ մեքենա, 2 ավտոաշտարակ՝ լուսավորության համակարգը անթերի պահելու և բարձրահարկ շենքերի վրա կատարվելիք մեկուսացման և վերանորոգման աշխատանքների համար, թրթուրավոր տրակտոր, որը կաշխատի դժվարանցանելի ճանապարհներին և աղբավայրում՝ լուծելով բազմաթիվ կոմունալ խնդիրներ:

Մեքենաներն ու սարքավորումները նորմատիվային պայմաններում և  պատշաճ կերպով սպասարկելու համար կառուցվելու է տեխնիկայի սպասարկման կայանատեղի:

 Տեխնիկական միջոցները և սարքավորումները օգտագործվելու են Դիլիջան  խոշորացված համայնքի փողոցային լուսավորության համակարգի ստեղծման ու համալրման, համայնքի աղբահանության համակարգի ձևավորման ու սպասարկման, ներհամայնքային ճանապարհների սպասարկման համակարգի ձևավորման, համայնքային տնտեսության պահպանման ու բարելավման նպատակով:

Դիլիջանի արտաքին լուսավորության բարելավման շրջանակներում Դիլիջան քաղաքային համայնքի 1500 լուսատու կփոխարինվի  ժամանակակից լուսադիոդային սարքերով, իսկ  6 բնակավայրում  կանցկացվի ժամանակակից լեդ լուսավորություն: 2017 թվականի ընթացքում կկառուցվեն 2 բազմաֆունկցիոնալ կանգառ-շուկա՝ ստեղծելով հարմարավետ պայմաններ՝ ինչպես իրենց մթերքը վաճառող տնային տնտեսությունների, այնպես էլ զբոսաշրջիկների համար:  

 Դիլիջանի, Գոշի, Հաղարծնի և Թեղուտի դպրոցներում գործում են նաև  բարձր տեխնոլոգիական գիտելիքներով ապահովող  4 ինժեներական լաբորատորիա. ընդհանուր առմամբ հաճախում է 170 աշակերտ:

Ներդրումային ծրագրերը իրականացվում են  Հայաստանի տարածքային զարգացման հիմնադրամի կողմից, իսկ  ՀՀ Տարածքային կառավարման և զարգացման նախարարությունը համարվում է վերը նշված ծրագրերի իրականացման համակարգողը:
