Հաշմանդամ երեխաներին տրամադրվել են սայլակներ

Հայաստանում մեկ տարվա ընթացքում հաշմանդամության 420 սայլակ են տրամադրվել դրանց կարիքն ունեցողներին: Սայլակ ստանալու կարգի մասին «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում խոսեց Աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարության հաշմանդամների և տարեցների հիմնահարցերի վարչության առաջատար մասնագետ Հայկ Մկրտչյանը: Մասնագետի խոսքով՝ հաշմանդամություն ունեցողների թիվը 2016-ի դեկտեմբերի 31-ի դրությամբ կազմել է 205166, որոնցից 8177-ը հաշմանդամ երեխաներ են եղել:

 «Հաշմանդամի սայլակ տրամադրում են առաջին խմբի հաշմանդամություն և հաշմանդամ երեխայի կարգավիճակ ունեցողներին: Հաշմանդամության երկրորդ և երրորդ խմբի անձանց չեն տրամադրվում սայլակներ՝ հաշվի առնելով, որ սայլակների կարիքը մեծ մասամբ զգում են առաջին կարգի հաշմանդամություն ունեցողները: Նախարարությունը սայլակ չի տրամադրում նաև դրա կարիքը ժամանակավորապես ունեցողներին: Սայլակները տրամադրվում են երեք տարի ժամկետով: Եթե ժամանակից շուտ՝ մեկ տարի երաշխիքային ժամկետի շրջանակում, սայլակը վնասվում է, տրամադրող կազմակերպությունը պարտավորվում է վերանորոգել, 2-րդ, 3-րդ տարիներին մենք ևս կարող ենք վերանորոգել: Սայլակների բաշխումը կատարվում է «Հանգրվան» ՊՈԱԿ-ում: Պետք է ներկայացնել անձը հաստատող փաստաթուղթ, հաշմանդամության վիճակը հաստատող փաստաթուղթ, վերականգնողական անհատական ծրագիր: Կան 9 տեսակի սայլակներ, անձը կարող է տեղում ծանոթանալ սայլակի առանձնահատկություններին և ընտրել իրեն հարմար սայլակը: Կարող են դիմել նաև հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անձանց հարազատները՝ ներկայացնելով իրենց անձնագիրը»,- ասաց Հայկ Մկրտչյանը:

ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարության աշխատակազմի բժշկասոցիալական փորձաքննության գործակալության 18 տարածքային մարմինների կողմից 2017 թ. հունվարի 23-ից փետրվարի 28-ն իրականացրած 7.641 փորձաքննության արդյունքում սահմանվել է 6.284 անձի հաշմանդամություն, հաշմանդամ չեն ճանաչվել 1.356 անձ:

Առողջապահական կազմակերպությունների ուղեգրերով տարածքային մարմիններում առաջին անգամ փորձաքննվել են 1.720 անձ, որոնցից հաշմանդամություն է սահմանվել 1.345 անձի, հաշմանդամ չեն ճանաչվել 375-ը: Նրանցից 75 անձ ստացել են I–ին խմբի հաշմանդամության կարգավիճակ, 293 անձ՝ II խմբի, 846 անձ՝ III խմբի: «Հաշմանդամություն ունեցող երեխա» կարգավիճակ սահմանվել է  131 երեխայի համար:

  5.921 անձի վերափորձաքննություն է իրականացվել, որոնցից հաշմանդամություն է սահմանվել 4.939 անձի, հաշմանդամ չեն ճանաչվել 982-ը: Նրանցից՝ 70 անձ ստացել են I–ին խմբի հաշմանդամության կարգավիճակ, 860 անձ՝ II խմբի, 3.762 անձ՝ III խմբի: «Հաշմանդամություն ունեցող երեխա» կարգավիճակ սահմանվել է  247 երեխայի: 2017-ի առաջին եռամսյակին հաշմանդամի սայլակ ստացող երեխաների թվաքանակը պարզ կլինի մարտի վերջին:
