 ՀՀ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարար Դավիթ Տոնոյանն աշխատանքային այցով եղել է ՀՀ Արագածոտնի և Շիրակի մարզերում: 

Ինչպես տեղեկանում ենք ՀՀ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարությունից, Արագածոտնում ԱԻ նախարարն այցելել է Աշտարակ քաղաքում տեղակայված մարզային փրկարարական վարչություն և մարզային Ճգնաժամային կառավարման կենտրոն: Դ. Տոնոյանը զրուցել է անձնակազմի հետ, ծանոթացել ընթացիկ աշխատանքներին և խնդիրներին: ՀՀ ԱԻ նախարարը փրկարար ծառայության տնօրեն, փ/ծ գնդապետ Մ. Ղազարյանին և Արագածոտնի մարզային փրկարարական վարչության պետ, փ/ծ գնդապետ Ա. Ամիրջանյանին հանձնարարել է ակտիվացնել համագործակցությունը տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինների հետ՝ մարզերում բնակչության դիմակայունության մակարդակը բարձրացնելու նպատակով: 

Դ. Տոնոյանն այցելել է նաև Աշտարակ, Ապարան և Թալին քաղաքային համայնքների հրշեջ-փրկարարական ջոկատներ, ծանոթացել հրշեջ-փրկարարական ջոկատների շենքային պայմաններին ու տեխնիկական հագեցվածությանը: Նշված քաղաքներում ԱԻ նախարարը հանդիպել է նաև քաղաքապետերի և համայնքապետերի հետ, որոնց հետ քննարկվել է համայնքների աղետների ռիսկի նվազեցմանը միտված միջոցառումների իրականացումը, մասնավորապես՝ աղետների կանխարգելիչ միջոցառումների իրականացմանն ուղղված ծախսերի ներառումը համայնքային բյուջեում: 

Շիրակի մարզում ՀՀ ԱԻ նախարարն այցելել է Անիի, Արթիկի, Ախուրյանի, Գյումրիի, Աշոցքի և Ամասիայի հրշեջ-փրկարարական ջոկատներ, ինչպես նաև՝ մարզային փրկարարական վարչություն և ճգնաժամային կառավարման կենտրոն, որտեղ շփվել է անձնակազմի հետ, ծանոթացել աշխատանքային ու հանգստի պայմաններին: Դ. Տոնոյանը ոգևորել է հրշեջ-փրկարարներին և ընդգծել, որ վտանգի դեպքում քաղաքացուն առաջինն օգնության ձեռք մեկնողը փրկարարն է: ԱԻ նախարարը հանձնարարել է երկարամյա բարեխիղճ ծառայությամբ աչքի ընկած փրկարարներին ներկայացնել խրախուսման: 

Նախարարը կարևորել է մարզի փրկարարական ծառայության համագործակցությունը մարզում տեղակայված ռուսական սահմանապահ զորքերի, 102-րդ բազայի և սահմանապահ ուղեկալների հետ ու հանձնարարել է սերտացնել այն՝ համատեղ վարժանքների անցկացման միջոցով: 

Գյումրիի քաղաքապետի հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ Դ. Տոնոյանը քննարկել է քաղաքում ևս մեկ հրշեջ-փրկարարական ջոկատ հիմնելու հարցը, որը չափազանց կարևոր է հանրապետության երկրորդ քաղաքն առավել աղետակայուն դարձնելու համար: 

Շիրակի մարզ կատարած շրջայցի շրջանակներում նախարար Դ.Տոնոյանը եղել է նաև ՀՀ ԱԻՆ «Սեյսմիկ պաշտպանության հյուսիսային ծառայություն» ՊՈԱԿ-ում: Անձնակազմի հետ հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկվել են սեյսմիկ ռիսկի մոնիթորինգային համակարգի արդիականացման խնդիրները, կարևորվել է սեյսմիկ ռիսկերի գնահատման աշխատանքների իրականացումը՝ ՀՀ ԱԻ նախարարին կից գիտատեխնիկական խորհրդի ռեսուրսների ներգրավմամբ:
