ՌԴ արդյունաբերության և առևտրի նախարարության հետ քննարկվել է Հայաստանում ՄՏԿ-ի ստեղծման հնարավորությունը

ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարար Իգնատի Առաքելյանն այսօր ընդունել է Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության արդյունաբերության և առևտրի նախարարության գյուղատնտեսության, սննդի և ճանապարհա-շինարարական մեքենաշինության վարչության պետ Եվգենի Կորչևոյի գլխավորած պատվիրակությանը, որի կազմում էր նաև Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության առևտրային ներկայացուցիչ Անդրեյ Բաբկոն: Հայկական կողմից հանդիպմանը ներկա էին Գյուղատնտեսության զարգացման հիմնադրամի գործադիր տնօրենի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար Գեղամ Գևորգյանը, «ՓՄՁ ներդրումներ» ՈՒՎԿ ՓԲԸ-ի գործադիր տնօրեն Արթուր Բադալյանը, ոլորտի այլ պատասխանատուներ: Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:

«Հայաստանում մեկնարկել է գյուղատնտեսական տեխնիկայի լիզինգի ծրագիրը, որը մեր մոտավոր հաշվարկով կծածկի միջին և խոշոր ֆերմերների գյուղտեխնիկայի պահանջարկը, իսկ փոքր ֆերմերներին ժամանակակից տեխնիկայով և սարքավորումներով ապահովելու և համապատասխան ծառայություններ մատուցելու նպատակով մենք մտադիր ենք ստեղծել մեքենա-տրակտորային կայան», - նշել է նախարար Իգնատի Առաքելյան:

Նախարարը նաև հավելել է, որ ռուսական կողմի հետ համատեղ ՄՏԿ-ի ստեղծման հարցն արդեն իսկ քննարկվել է ռուսական կողմի հետ մի շարք հանդիպումների ընթացքում, այդ թվում` նաև ՌԴ-ից Հայաստան ժամանած գյուղատնտեսական տեխնիկա արտադրող ընկերությունների ներկայացուցիչների հետ:

Պատվիրակության ղեկավար Եվգենի Կորչևոյը իր հերթին կարևորել է հնարավորինս սեղմ ժամկետներում ՄՏԿ-ի ստեղծման հարցը, որպեսզի ընթացիկ տարվա ընթացքում այն գործարկվի: Միաժամանակ նա ընդգծել է ռուսական կողմի պատրաստակամությունն աջակցություն ցուցաբերել կայանի ստեղծման հարցում:

Եվգենի Կորչևոյը հավելել է, որ ՄՏԿ-ի ստեղծման գործընթացն իրականացնելիս հարկավոր է հստակեցնել բոլոր խնդիրները, ճիշտ կազմակերպել մենեջմենթը` ծառայությունների մատուցման բարձր մակարդակ ապահովելու նպատակով:

Հանդիպման ընթացքում ռուսական կողմն առաջարկել է մշակել և ստորագրել ճանապարհային քարտեզ, որում կընդգրկվեն նախատեսվող համատեղ միջոցառումներն ու դրանց ժամանակացույցը, քննարկվել են ՄՏԿ ֆինանսավորման և գործունեության կազմակերպման հնարավոր տարբերակները:

Ռուսաստանյան պատվիրակության կողմից առաջարկություն է հնչել նաև կազմակերպել ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարի և ՄՏԿ-ի մասնագետների այցը Ռուսաստան` տեղում ժամանակակից գյուղատնտեսական տեխնիկային և կից սարքավորումներին ծանոթանալու նպատակով:

Քննարկվել է նաև համատեղ ջանքերով և ֆինանսավորմամբ փոքր ՄՏԿ-ների ստեղծման հնարավորությունը:
