Թուրքիան հրաժարվում է քրդերի հետ միասին մասնակցել Ռաքքայի ազատագրմանը

 Թուրքիան հրաժարվում է մասնակցել «Իսլամական պետություն» ահաբեկչական խմբավորման զինյալներից սիրիական Ռաքքա քաղաքի ազատագրմանը քրդերի հետ միասին:

Այս մասին, ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, հայտնում է «Ռիա Նովոստի»-ն:

«Թուրքիան կմասնակցի ԻՊ զինյալներից սիրիական Ռաքքայի ազատագրմանը միայն սիրիական չափավոր ընդդիմության ուժերի հետ համագործակցության պայմանով, առանց սիրիական քրդերի»,- ասել է Թուրքիայի փոխվարչապետ Նուման Քուրթուլմուշը:

«Ռաքքան պատկանում է այդ քաղաքի բնակչությանը: Եթե ազատագրման գործողությունները տեղի ունենան միջազգային կոալիցիային օժանդակելու ձևով և սիրիական չափավոր ընդդիմության մասնակցությամբ, Թուրքիան կցուցաբերի իր օժանդակությունը: Եթե Ռաքքայի ազատագրման գործողություններին մասնակից դառնան նաև Սիրիայի քրդերի  ժողովրդավարական միություն կուսակցության ուժերը, որոնց պաշտոնական Անկարան համարում է ահաբեկչական կազմակերպություն, որը կապված է Թուրքիայում արգելված Քրդստանի բանվորական կուսակցության հետ, ապա մեր երկիրը չի մասնակցի»,- ավելացրել է փոխվարչապետը:

Քուրթուլմուշի խոսքերով` թուրքական զորքերի կողմից Սիրիայի հյուսիսում իրականացվող «Եփրատի վահան» գործողության նպատակը թուրքական սահմանի անվտանգության ապահովումն է:

«Այս գործողությունը Թուրքիան սկսել է, որպեսզի ահաբեկչական խմբավորումները չկարողանան վնաս հասցնել Թուրքիային: Էլ-Բաբը և Ջերաբլուսը ազատագրվել են  թուրքական ուժերի օժանդակությամբ` տեղական ընդդիմության կողմից: Դա լավ օրինակ է հետագայում ահաբեկիչների ձեռքից այլ քաղաքներ ազատագրելու համար: Ռաքքայի բնակչության 95 տոկոսը արաբներ են, և չի կարելի թույլ տալ, որ ԻՊ-ից քաղաքն ազատագրելուց հետո այնտեղ ներխուժեն այլ ահաբեկչական խմբավորումներ, այդ իսկ պատճառով մենք դեմ ենք քրդերի հետ համատեղ գործողություններին»,- եզրափակել է Քուրթուլմու շը:

Թուրքիայի զինված ուժերն «Իսլամական պետություն» ահաբեկչական խմբավորման դեմ պայքարի պատրվակով 2016 թվականի օգոստոսի 24-ին ներխուժել են սիրիական Ջերաբուլուս քաղաք, որտեղ իրականում պայքարում են սիրիացի քրդերի դեմ: Գործողությունը ստացել է «Եփրատի վահան» անունը:                                        < /em>                

Այդ գործողությամբ Թուրքիան փորձում է Եփրատի արեւմտյան ափից դուրս մղել քրդական ինքնապաշտպանական ուժերը` երկյուղելով, որ սիրիացի քրդերը կարող են ինքնավարություն ստեղծել Եփրատի արեւելյան եւ արեւմտյան ափերին եւ դրանով ամբողջությամբ իրենց ձեռքը վերցնել 900 կմ երկարությամբ թուրք-սիրիական սահմանը:
