Ընկույզ – 100 գ

Մուգ շոկոլադ – 50 գ

Վանիլին – ըստ ճաշակի

Պատրաստման եղանակը

Վերցնել պահածոյացված արքայախնձորը (կտրատված քառակուսիների), ընկույզը մանրացնել բլենդերում, բիսկվիթը մանրացնել՝ մոտ 2 սմ կտորների:

Թթվասերը հարել, ավելացնել վանիլին և շաքարավազ և նորից հարել՝ մինչև շաքարավազի լրիվ հալչելը: Կրեմի 1/3-ը դնել մի կողմ, իսկ մնացած կրեմի հետ խառնել բիսկվիթի կտորներն այնպես, որպեսզի յուրաքանչյուր կտորը պատվի դրանով:

Մեծ ափսեի մեջ տեղավորել 1 շերտ բիսկվիթ, վրան ավելացնել արքայախնձորի կտորները, հետո՝ ընկույզը: Եվ այդպես շերտը շերտի հետևից՝ նեղացնելով բուրգը:

Թթվասերային կրեմի մնացած մասով պատել բուրգը: Հալեցնել շոկոլադը, լցնել տորթի վրա և զարդարել ընկույզով:

Տորթը մոտ 1 ժամ թողնել սենյակային ջերմաստիճանում, հետո 2 ժամ դնել սառնարան:
