Ղազախստանի նախագահ Նուրսուլթան Նազարբաևն ապրիլի 2-3-ը պաշտոնական այցով մեկնելու է Բաքու: Բանակցություններին քննարկվելու են անվտանգության, տնտեսության, տարածաշրջանային քաղաքականության ոլորտում երկկողմ համագործակցությանն առնչվող հարցեր: Փորձագետները նաև չեն բացառում, որ Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունները Ղազախստանից՝ որպես ՄԱԿ-ի Անվտանգության խորհրդի ոչ մշտական անդամից, Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հարցում աջակցություն են ակնկալում, գրում է «Независимая Газета»-ն:

Ադրբեջան Նուրսուլթան Նազարբաևի այցը պետք է կայանար դեռ անցած տարվա աշնանը: Բայց, պաշտոնական վարկածի համաձայն, այն տեղափոխվել է ուշ ժամկետի՝ Ղազախստանի առաջնորդի հիվանդության պատճառով: 

Ինչպես НГ-ին հայտնել է Ռիսկերի գնահատման խմբի տնօրեն Դոսիմ Սատպաևը, Ղազախստանին բազմիցս մեղադրել են Ադրբեջանի նկատմամբ, ի վնաս Հայաստանի շահերի, չափից դուրս համակրանքի համար: Բայց Բաքվի համար կարևորը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հարցում Աստանայի բարոյական աջակցությունն է, առավելևս՝ հաշվի առնելով ՄԱԿ-ի Անվտանգության խորհրդում Ղազախստանի ոչ մշտական անդամի կարգավիճակը:

«Ես կասկածում եմ, որ Ղազախստանն անմիջականորեն կմիջամտի Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտությանը՝ ուղղակի օգնություն տրամադրելով: Եթե Բաքվին անգամ որևէ օգնություն էլ տրամադրվի, ապա միայն մարդասիրական բնույթի: Բայց հարկավո՞ր է դա արդյոք այժմ Ադրբեջանին: Միակ բանը, ինչ Բաքուն կցանկանար Աստանայից, բարոյական աջակցությունն է, ընդ որում՝ Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության ներսում: Ղազախստանին բազմիցս մեղադրել են այն բանի համար, որ նա ավելի շատ է համագործակցում Ադրբեջանի հետ, որը ՀԱՊԿ և ԵԱՏՄ անդամ չէ, քան այդ կառույցների որոշ պետությունների հետ: Խոսքը, մասնավորապես, Հայաստանի և Ղրղզստանի մասին է: Ավելին, որոշ փորձագետներ կոչ են արել Ղազախստանը և Բելառուսը հեռացնել ՀԱՊԿ-ից միայն այն պատճառով, որ նրանք ակնհայտորեն համակրում են Ադրբեջանին»,- ասել է Սատպաևը:

Փորձագետի կարծիքով՝ պետությանն ընկալում են որպես անկախ միջնորդ, որպես երկիր, որը չի կանգնում հակամարտող կողմերից որևիցե մեկի կողքին: Այդ պատճառով, կարծում է փորձագետը, Նազարբաևը կցուցաբերի ճկունություն և զգուշություն՝ մի կողմից դիտարկելով Ադրբեջանը որպես ռազմավարական գործընկեր, մյուս կողմից՝ չանցնելով որոշակի սահմանը:

«Անզգույշ քայլը բումերանգով կհարվածի Ղազախստանի իմիջին՝ որպես անկախ միջնորդ, որը Նազարբաևը ստեղծել է երկար տարիների ընթացքում»,- ասել է Սատպաևը:
