ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահները հայտարարություն են տարածել Ադրբեջան, Հայաստան և Լեռնային Ղարաբաղ կատարած այցելությունների արդյունքներով: «Արմենպրես»-ը ներկայացնում է հայտարարությունն ամբողջությամբ:

«ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահներ Իգոր Պոպովը (Ռուսաստան), Ստեֆան Վիսկոնտին (Ֆրանսիա), Ռիչարդ Հոգլանդը (Միացյալ Նահանգներ) ԵԱՀԿ գործող նախագահի անձնական ներկայացուցիչ Անջեյ Կասպշիկի հետ համատեղ այցելել են Բաքու (մարտի 11-ին), Երևան (մարտի 27-ին) և Լեռնային Ղարաբաղ (մարտի 28-ին):

Համանախագահների՝ տարածաշրջան այցելության հիմնական նպատակը շփման գծում և Հայաստան-Ադրբեջան սահմանին իրադրության մասին մանրամասն քաղաքական ու ռազմական տեղեկություն ստանալն էր, 2016 թվականին Վիեննայի և Սանկտ Պետերբուրգի գագաթնաժողովների ժամանակ կայացված համաձայնությունների կիրառումը քննարկելը, ինչպես նաև կարգավորմանն ուղղված հաջորդ քայլերի արծարծումը:

Համանախագահները հանդիպել են Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի նախագահների ու արտգործնախարարների, ինչպես նաև Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի դե ֆակտո իշխանությունների հետ: Նրանք նաև այցելել են Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի շուրջը գտնվող տարածքներ: Հանդիպումներում համանախագահները վերահաստատել են իրենց խորը մտահոգությունները` կապված շփման գծում տեղի ունեցած վերջին միջադեպերի հետ` կոչ անելով կողմերին զսպվածություն ցուցաբերել իրենց հռետորաբանությունում և գործողություններում: Նախագահները ներկայացրել են իրենց դիրքորոշումները համանախագահների առաջարկների առնչությամբ ` կապված հրադադարի ամրապնդման և թշնամական գործողությունների հետագա էսկալացիայից խուսափելու հետ, մասնավորապես Նովրուզի և Զատկի տոների ընթացքում: Նրանք հայտնել են իրենց հանձնառությունը` շարունակելու բանակցությունները քաղաքական լուծում գտնելու հարցում:

Քննարկումներում համանախագահներն արտահայտել են դեսպան Կասպշիկի առաքելությանն ու դրա ընդլայնմանը շարունակական աջակցություն ցուցաբերելու էական կարևորությունը: Համանախագահները նաև շեշտել են իրենց համոզմունքը, որ հրադադարի հարգումն ունի ծայրահեղ կարևորություն բանակցություններում վստահության մթնոլորտի կառուցման գործում:

Համանախագահները շուտով կմեկնեն Վիեննա՝ Մինսկի խմբի անդամներին բանակցությունների արդյունքները ներկայացնելու նպատակով»:
