Շտապ բժշկական օգնության ծառայությունը ոչ միայն  ռազմավարական, այլև սոցիալական կարևորագույն նշանակություն ունեցող, առողջապահության համակարգի ամենաօպերատիվ  և մատչելի ծառայություններից մեկն է:  Այդ իսկ պատճառով  կառավարությունը քայլեր է իրականացնում բնակչության համար կարևոր այս ծառայության մատչելիությունը բարձրացնելու և ժամանակակից սարքավորումներով հագեցնելու ուղղությամբ: Հերթական ձեռնակը միտված էր հանրապետության դժվարանցանելի հատվածներում ծառայության հասանելիության  ապահովմանը։  Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարությունից:

ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարության կողմից վերջերս ձեռք բերված շտապ բուժօգնության մեքենաները (ՈՒԱԶ-39623-A կարգի) նախատեսված են լեռնային բնակավայրերի համար, ունեն բարձր անցանելիություն։ Դրանք միաժամանակ հագեցված են շտապ և անհետաձգելի բժշկական օգնության ծառայության համար նախատեսված ժամանակակից  սարքավորումներով ու պարագաներով, այդ թվում` շարժական արհեստական շնչառության սարքավորում և դեֆիբրիլյատոր։ Դա հնարավորության կտա ինչպես տանը, այնպես էլ` հիվանդի տեղափոխման ընթացքում, ցուցաբերել անհետաձգելի բժշկական օգնություն:  

ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարի հրամանով ստեղծված  հանձնաժողովը Հայաստան ներկրված մեքենաներն արդեն  սեփականության իրավունքով հանձնել է Մեղրու տարածաշրջանային,  Բերդի, Սիսիանի, Վարդենիսի, Մարտունու, Վայքի,  Վանաձորի և Ախուրյանի բժշկական կենտրոններին։  Վանաձորի և Ախուրյանի բկ-ներին հատկացվել է երկուական մեքենա։

Նշված բոլոր կենտրոններին կից գործող շտապօգնության կայաններն այսուհետև կկարողանան շրջակա բազմաթիվ բնակավայրերից ստացվող կանչերին ավելի արագ արձագանքել և տրամադրել արդյունավետ բուժօգնություն։
