Ադրբեջանի մայրաքաղաք Բաքվում հոկտեմբերի 21-ին և 22-ին ընթանում է ԱՊՀ երկրների երկաթուղային տրանսպորտի հարցերով խորհրդի 61-րդ նիստը, որին մասնկացում է նաև «Հարավկովկասյան երկաթուղի» ՓԲԸ պատվիրակությունը՝ ընկերության գլխավոր տնօրեն Վիկտոր Ռեբեցի ղեկավարությամբ: ՀԿԵ պատվիրակության մասնակցությունը համաձայնեցված է ՀՀ տրանսպորտի և կապի ու արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունների հետ,-այս մասին հայտնում է ORER.am-ը:

61-րդ նիստին մասնակցում են նաև Ռուսաստանի, Բելառուսի, Ղազախստանի, Ղրղզստանի, Մոլդովայի, Տաջիկստանի, Թուրքմենստանի, Ուզբեկստանի, Ուկրաինայի և Ադրբեջանի երկաթուղային վարչությունների ղեկավարները, ասոցացված անդամների՝ Վրաստանի, Լատվիայի, Բուլղարիայի և Ֆինլանդիայի ներկայացուցիչները, ինչպես նաև Լիտվայի, Էստոնիայի և Իրանի պատվիրակները:
Նիստի ընթացքում ամփոփվելու է 2014 թ. երկաթուղիների աշխատանքի արդյունքները, քննարկվելու են գնացքների 2015-2016 թթ. չվացուցակների նորմատիվները, 2015թ. սակագնային քաղաքականությունը բեռնափոխադրումների ոլորտում:


Հիշեցնենք, որ ԱՊՀ երկրների երկաթուղային տրանսպորտի խորհուրդը ստեղծվել է 1992 թվականի փետրվարի 14-ին՝ միջպետական մակարդակում երկաթուղային տրանսպորտի աշխատանքի համակարգման և գործունեության ընդհանուր սկզբունքների մշակման համար: Խորհրդի անդամ են հանդիսանում Հայաստանը, Ռուսաստանը, Բելառուսը, Ղազախստանը, Ղրղզստանը, Մոլդովան, Տաջիկստանը, Թուրքմենստանը, Ուզբեկստանը, Ուկրաինան և Ադրբեջանը:
Բուլղարիան, Վրաստանը, Լատվիան ու Ֆինլանդիան հանդիսանում են կազմակերպության ասոցացված անդամներ, իսկ Լիտվան և Էստոնիան կառույցի աշխատանքներին մասնակցում են պայմանագրերի հիման վրա:
Խորհրդի կազմում դիտորդի կարգավիճակ ունեն Երկաթուղայինների և տրանսպորտային շինարարների արհմիությունների միջազգային կոնֆեդերացիան և Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետության երկաթուղիները
