Խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների յուրահատկություններից մեկն էլ այն է, որ սրանց արդյունքների հիման վրա է որոշվելու այն կարևորագույն հարցը, թե ով է լինելու ՀՀ հաջորդ վարչապետը:

Դատելով ամենայնից՝ ոչ միայն չի բացառվում, այլև չափազանց հավանական է, որ Հայաստանի վարչապետ դառնա հենց «Ծառուկյան» դաշինքի վարչապետի թեկնածուն՝ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը, քանի որ ինչպես վկայում են ուսումնասիրությունները, հենց այս քաղաքական ուժի վարկանիշն է ամենաբարձրը Հայաստանում:

Այն, որ Ծառուկյանի վարչապետ դառնալը կարող է իսկական փրկօղակ դառնալ երկրի համար, դժվար թե գտնվի մեկն, ով կվիճարկի այս ճշմարտությունը: Ակնհայտ է, որ Ծառուկյանի օրոք Հայաստանը կարող է շատ ավելի մեծ բարձրունքների հասնել, քան հասել է վերջին տասնամյակներում, քանի որ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը հենց այն գործիչն է, ում միայն հեղինակությունն ու բարի համբավը բավական են, որպեսզի Հայաստանը շատ առումներով ավելի ընկալելի դառնա աշխարհի համար՝ դրանից բխող բոլոր դրական հետևանքներով հանդերձ:

Չմոռանանք, որ Հայաստանի այսօրվա ծանր վիճակի բուն պատճառներից մեկն էլ, տնտեսության ճահճացվածության դրդապատճառներից գլխավորը Հայաստանի հանդեպ հետզհետե նվազող վստահությունն է. Հայաստանին շատերն այլևս չեն հավատում:

Հետևաբար՝ եթե մեզ հաջողվի ունենալ վստահություն ներշնչող վարչապետ՝ հանձին Ծառուկյանի, երկրի տնտեսությունը ոտքի հանելը ոչ թե կմնա լոկ երազանք կամ խոստում, այլ կարճ ժամանակահատվածում կդառնա լիարժեք իրականություն. սա՝ աքսիոմ է:
