ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի փոխնախագահ Էդուարդ Շարմազանովն ապրիլի 1-ին ընդունել է ԱՊՀ ՄԽՎ-ի միջազգային դիտորդական առաքելության անդամներին՝ Բելառուսի Հանրապետության Ազգային ժողովի Ներկայացուցիչների պալատի փոխնախագահ Բոլեսլավ Պիրշտուկի գլխավորությամբ: Ինչպես փոխանցում է Արմենպրեսը, հանդիպմանը ներկա է եղել նաեւ ԱՊՀ ՄԽՎ-ում ՀՀ ԱԺ մշտական ներկայացուցիչ Հայկ Չիլինգարյանը:

Ողջունելով հյուրերին՝ Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը կարեւորել է ԱՊՀ ՄԽՎ-ի առանցքային դերակատարությունը ԱՊՀ անդամ երկրների ու ժողովուրդների միջեւ հարաբերությունների առավել զարգացման եւ սերտացման հարցում: Պարոն Շարմազանովը բարձր է գնահատել ԱՊՀ ՄԽՎ-ի դիտորդական առաքելությունը մեր երկրում անցկացվելիք խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների ճշգրիտ ու անաչառ գնահատման տեսանկյունից:

ԱԺ փոխնախագահը հյուրերին ներկայացրել է նոր Ընտրական օրենսգրքի առանձնահատկությունները եւ բաց ու թափանցիկ ընտրությունների անցկացման համար ստեղծված հնարավորությունները՝ արձանագրելով, որ փաստաթուղթն Ազգային ժողովի կողմից ընդունվել է ընդդիմության եւ իշխանության միջեւ լիակատար փոխհամաձայնության պայմաններում:

«Նոր Ընտրական օրենսգիրքն առավել քան ժողովրդավարական է եւ համապատասխանում է միջազգային չափորոշիչներին: Թափանցիկ եւ ժողովրդավարական ընտրությունների անցկացման համար ստեղծված են բոլոր պայմանները: Ընտրողը պետք է համոզված լինի, որ իր ձայնը վճռորոշ է լինելու եւ չի կորչելու»:

Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը շնորհավորել է պատվիրակության անդամներին ԱՊՀ ՄԽՎ-ի կազմավորման 25-ամյակի առթիվ եւ դիտորդներին առաջիկա ընտրություններում մաղթել արդյունավետ աշխատանք:

Բելառուսի Հանրապետության Ազգային ժողովի Ներկայացուցիչների պալատի փոխնախագահ Բոլեսլավ Պիրշտուկն ընդգծել է, որ իրենց փորձագետները դրական եւ արդյունավետ են գնահատել կատարված աշխատանքն ու փոփոխված օրենսդրությունը:

«Դուք ձեր առջեւ դրել եք թափանցիկ փաստաթուղթ ընդունելու նպատակ, եւ դա ձեզ հաջողվել է, ինչը գործնականում կկիրառեք ապրիլի 2-ին: Համոզված եմ, որ ամեն ինչ բարձր մակարդակով կազմակերպված կլինի»,-նշել է պարոն Պիրշտուկը:
