Вдохновляющая и правдивая история о молодой женщине с сильной волей и самоотверженностью. Она страдала ожирением и в какой-то момент в жизни, она даже весила 150 килограммов. Она забеременела и ее проблема стала еще больше. Она начала есть больше и получила еще больший вес. Каждый врач, который ее видел, говорил ей: если вы продолжите в том же темпе — не проживете более года. Это откровение заставило ее принять незамедлительные меры, которые изменили весь ход ее жизни.

Она знала, что должна бороться за свою жизнь и решила изменить всю жизнь с ног на голову. Основная проблема была в нездоровой пище, которую она постоянно ела. Она начала есть здоровые, дома приготовленные блюда и убрала нездоровую пищу полностью. Она устранила чипсы и газированные напитки. Только за 18 месяцев ей удалось перейти от 150 до 60 килограммов лишь устранив обработанные пищевые продукты с высоким содержанием сахара и углеводов. Она потеряла 90 кг менее чем за 18 месяцев, с сильной волей и самоотверженностью.

Завтрак

  • Немного сала с перцем
  • помидоры
  • грибы
  • 2 яйца.
 

Обед

  • Печеный или вареный картофель с перцем чили

Закуска

  • Фрукты или йогурт.

Ужин

  • Спагетти с томатным соусом и сыром.

Этот режим помог ей устранить все проблемы со здоровьем и вести нормальную и счастливую жизнь.
