Երբ նա հանձնաժողովի անդամներին տվեց իր անձնագիրը, պարզվեց՝ սխալ անձնագիր էր իր հետ վերցրել. հանձնաժողովի անդամը ստուգեց եւ տեսավ, որ այդ անձնագրի համարը չկա ցուցակում:

Մանվել Գրիգորյանը զարմացավ. «Ոնց, վիզա-միզայով պասպորտ եմ վերցրել, ոնց չկա»:

Հանձնաժողովի անդամն էլ բացատրեց, որ պետք էր բերել ոչ թե կենսաչափական անձնագիրը, այլ նույնականացման քարտը: Շատ կարճ ժամանակ անց բերեցին նր նույնականացման քարտը, բայց դրանով ամեն ինչ չավարտվեց: Մատնահետքերը ճանաչող սարքը բավական երկար ժամանակ չէր նույնականացնում նրա մատնահետքերը:

«Էս բոլորին եք էսպես անում, թե միայն ինձ»,-ասաց Գրիգորյանը: Հանձնաժողովի անդամն էլ արձագանքեց, որ գեներալի մատները վնասված են, եւ անհրաժեշտություն կա, որ բոլոր մատներն անցնեն սարքով:

Ի վերջո սարքը նույնականացրեց գերենալի մատնահետքը եւ նա մտավ ընտրություն կատարելու:

Քվեարկելուց հետո NEWS.am-ի թղթակցի հարցին, թե ինչ ակնկալիքներ ունի ընտրության արդյունքներից, նա պատասխանեց, որ ոչ մի ակնկալիք էլ չունի, պարզապես հավատում, է իր ժողվորդին. «Ես հասկացա, որ վարիանտ չկա, որ կեղծիքներ անեն, ես ինքս դրանում համոզվեցի: Պիտի երկնքից ինչ աստղեր իջացնեն, որ կարողանան կեղծեն»:
