ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Կենտրոն եւ Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում կատարված քննության արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ թիվ 9/47 ընտրատեղամասում տեղակայված հավելյալ տեսախցիկը պատկանել է խուլ համրերի մշակույթի կենտրոնին եւ չի աշխատել:

Ավելի վաղ տեղեկացրել ենք, որ ՀՀ ՔԿ Կենտրոն եւ Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում ստացվել է aysor.am կայքում տեղադրված հրապարակումն առ այն, որ թիվ 9/47 ընտրատեղամասում դիտորդ Հայկ Մարությանը (Կարգին Հայկո-խմբ.) լրագրողներին հայտնել է քվեարկության գաղտնիության խախտման մասին: Ըստ նրա՝ ընտրատեղամասի քվեախցիկի հետեւում նկատել է տեսախցիկ, ինչպես նաեւ՝ պատուհան:

ՀՀ ՔԿ ԵՔՔՎ Կենտրոն եւ Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում ձեռնարկված միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ ապրիլի 2-ին ՝ժամը 06:45-ին, 9/47 ընտրատեղամասի հանձնաժողովի նախագահը ընտրական հանձնաժողովի անդամների եւ թեկնածուների վստահված անձանց հետ ներկայացել են Երեւան քաղաքի Ե.Կողբացի փողոցի թիվ 69 հասցեում գործող խուլ-համրերի մշակույթի կենտրոնում տեղակայված թիվ 9/47 ընտրատեղամաս, որտեղ կատարել են ստուգողական գործողություններ: Կատարված գործողություններով պարզել են, որ այլ անձինք ընտրատեղամասում չկան, իսկ ընտրատեղամասի առաստաղին ամրացված մշակույթի կենտրոնի պահպանության տեսանկարահանման համակարգի տեսախցիկը չի գործարկվում: Այդ ամենից հետո՝ ժամը 08:00-ին բացել են ընտրատեղամասը եւ սկսվել է քվեարկությունը:

Ընտրատեղամասում դիտորդական առաքելություն իրականացնող Հայկ Մարությանը, նույն օրը՝ ժամը 09։30-ի սահմաններում, այցելելով ընտրատեղամաս, նկատել է տեսախցիկը եւ աջակողմյան մասում գտնվող թափանցիկ ապակին եւ իր նկատառումները հայտնել ընտրության գաղտնիության ապահովման վերաբերյալ։ Թեեւ մշակույթի պալատին պատկանող տեսախցիկը գործարկված չի եղել, այդուամենայնիվ, այն փակել են  պոլիէթիլենային թաղանթով, իսկ թափանցիկ ապակին՝ թղթով։

Դեպքի շուրջ բացատրություններ են վերցվել մի շարք անձանցից, նրանց թվում՝ «Թրանսփերենսի ինթերնեշնլ» հակակոռուպցիոն կազմակերպության դիտորդից, «Ելք» դաշինքի, «Հայ ազգային կոնգրես» կուսակցության վստահված անձանցից, ովքեր փաստել են, որ տեսախցիկը չի գործել:
