ՀՀ կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովը ապրիլի 3-ին ժամը 12:00-ին, գումարելով արտահերթ նիստ, ամփոփեց 2009 տեղամասերի արդյունքները և կազմեց քվեարկության նախնական արդյունքների արձանագրություն:ԿԸՀ-ն արձանագրեց հետևյալ արդյունքները, և բոլոր անդամները ստորագրեցին արձանագրությունը, հատուկ կարծիք ունենալու մասին որևէ նշում առկա չէ:

«Ելք» դաշինք՝ 122 հազար 049 ձայն կամ 7.77 %

«Ազատ դեմոկրատներ» կուսակցություն՝  14 հազար 746 ձայն կամ  0.94 %

«Հայկական վերածնունդ» կուսակցություն՝ 58 հազար 277 ձայն կամ 3.71 %

«Ծառուկյան» դաշինք՝ 428 հազար 965 ձայն կամ 27.32 % 

«Կոնգրես-ՀԺԿ» դաշինք՝ 25 հազար 975 ձայն կամ  1.65 %

Հայաստանի Հանրապետական կուսակցություն՝ 771 հազար 247 ձայն կամ  49.12 %

Հայաստանի կոմունիստական կուսակցություն՝ 11 հազար 745 ձայն կամ 0.75 %

«Օհանյան-Րաֆֆի-Օսկանյան» դաշինք՝ 32 հազար 504՝ 2.07 %

Հայ հեղափոխական դաշնակցություն՝ 103 հազար 173 ձայն կամ 6.57 %:

Արձանագրությունը ներառում է նաև տարածքային ցուցակների թեկնածուների կողմ ձայները:

Ապրիլի 2-ին Հայաստանի 13 ընտրատարածքներում գործել է 2009 ընտրատեղամաս: Արձանագրությունն ամրագրեց նաև ընտրողների ցուցակում ընդգրկված ընտրողների ընդհանուր թիվը՝ 2 միլիոն 585 հազար 134, քվեարկության օրը ընտրական տեղամասերում կազմված ընտրողների լրացուցիչ ցուցակում ընտրողների թիվը՝ 7, շրջիկ արկղով քվեարկողների լրացուցիչ ցուցակում ներառված անձանց թիվը՝ 2 հազար 572, Էլեկտրոնային եղանակով քվեարկողների թիվը՝ 877, քվեարկությանը մասնակցել է 1 միլիոն 577 հազար 323 մարդ կամ 60.93 տոկոսը:

Նախնական արդյունքները փաստում են, որ Ազգային ժողով մուտք գործելու անհրաժեշտ նվազագույն շեմը հաղթահարել է չորս ուժ: Առաջատարը ՀՀԿ-ն է, հաջորդում են «Ծառուկյան», «Ելք» դաշինքները, ՀՅԴ-ն:
