«2017թ. խորհրդարանական ընտրություններն այլևս պատմություն են: Առաջին անգամ խորհրդարանական Հայաստանում տեղի ունեցան միակ համապետական՝ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունները: Ընտրությունների արդյունքում՝ 2017թ. խորհրդարանում ներկայացված կլինեն չորս քաղաքական ուժեր՝ ՀՀԿ, «Ծառուկյան» դաշինք, ԵԼՔ դաշինք, ՀՅԴ:

Ճիշտ է, դեռևս խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների նախապատրաստական փուլից բոլորս վստահ էինք, որ 2017թ. Ազգային Ժողով առաջին հայտով ներկայանալու է «Ծառուկյան» դաշինքը, դրա մասին էին վկայում նաև մեկը մյուսին հաջորդող մի շարք տեղական և միջազգային սոցիոլոգիական կենտրոնների կողմից անցկացվող հարցումների արդյունքները: «Ծառուկյան» դաշինքի անգերազանցելի վարկանիշի մասին էին խոսում նաև քարոզարշավի ընթացքում բոլոր նախընտրական հանդիպումները, որտեղ Հայաստանի յուրաքանչյուր և ցանկացած բնակավայրի բնակչության համար տոնի էր վերածվում Ծառուկյանի և նրա ղեկավարած ուժի հետ հանդիպումը:

Ինչևէ, ընտրություններն արդեն անցյալում են, Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովի կողմից հայտարարված նախնական արդյունքների համաձայն էլ «Ծառուկյան» դաշինքը ստացել է քվեարկությանը մասնակցած մեր հայրենակիցների 400.000-ից ավելի քվեն, ինչի մեջ իր մեղավորության մեծ բաժինը ունի Հայաստանի բնակչությունը, քանզի չկարողացավ տեր կանգնել իր իսկ ձայներին, քանզի ոչ բոլոր ընտրատեղամասերում սկզբունքորեն մոտեցավ իր առաքելությանը ու այսքանից հետո եթե ինչ-որ մեկից մեր բնակչությունը նեղսրտելու իրավունք ունի ապա միայն ու միայն ինքն իրենից…

Մեկ բան ակնհայտ է՝ անկախ ընտրություններում գրանցված արդյունքներից, անկախ նրանից, թե որ ուժն ինչքան ձայն է ստացել ու այդ համատեքստում ինչքան է ստացել «Ծառուկյան» դաշինքը, վստահաբար կարելի է նշել, որ դաշինքի ներկայացուցիչները Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի առաջնորդությամբ անելու են հնարավորն ու անհնարինը՝ հայ ժողովրդի հոգսը թեթևացնելու համար, հայ ժողովրդի մատից հերթական փուշը հանելու համար, քանզի դա է տարիներ շարունակ եղել Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի սկզբունքը, այդպես է առաջնորդվել Ծառուկյանն իր ողջ կյանքի ընթացքում: Նրա համար պաշտոնը երբեք ոչ մի կարևորություն չի ունեցել ու հիմա էլ չունի հաստատ, Ծառուկյանն ու «Ծառուկյան» դաշինքը լինելու են ոչ միայն բնակչության այն շերտի կողքին, որը իր վստահության քվեն դաշինքին է տվել, այլ բոլորի՝ բոլոր Հայերի…»:
