Այսօր «Պոստ սկրիպտում» մամուլի ակումբում հրավիրված ասուլիսի ժամանակ ՀՀ առաջին ՄԻՊ Լարիսա Ալավերդյանը, խոսելով Ընտրական օրենսգրքից ասաց, որ ինքը մեկ անգամ չէ, որ քննադատել է նոր ԸՕ-ն:

«Քննադատում էի ոչ թե նրա համար, որ այն տեսականորեն լավը չէ, այլ պրակտիկորեն վերին աստիճանի դժվարընկալելի է, դա ապացուցվեց ընտրություններին, երբ շատ շատերը պարզապես շփոթված էին ու չգիտեին ինչ անել»,- ասաց նա` անդրադառնալով քաղաքական ուժերին. «9 քաղաքական ուժ` դաշինք էր ներկայացված: Դա պետք է ընդունել՝ մի կողմ թողնելով էմոցիաները: Անդրադառնանք ուժերին, որոնք չեն անցել նշված շեմը: Ասեմ, որ քաղաքական ուժը չպետք է քննարկի իր հաջողությունները կամ պարտությունները հաղթանակ կամ պարտություն ձևակերպման մեջ: Քաղաքական ուժերը պետք է կարողանան ստեղծված իրավիճակից դասեր քաղել: Պարտված քաղաքական ուժերը չեն ցանկանում հասկանալ իրենց սխալը ու փորձում են ամբողջ պատասխանատվությունը դնել հասարակության վրա, ինչը նշանակում է, որ տվյալ ուժերը ոչ թե դասեր են քաղում, այլ դասեր են տալիս»:

Ինչպես նշեց Լարիսա Ալավերդյանը, պարտված քաղաքական ուժերը պետք է հասկանան, թե որտեղ են թերացել ու փորձեն շտկել բացթողումները: Ինչ վերաբերում է ձևավորվող խորհրդարանին, ապա բանախոսը ողջունեց «Ելք»-ի՝ օրենսդիր մարմնում հայտնվելու փաստը:

«Ես ողջունում եմ, որ «Ելք»-ը կարողացավ հաղթահարել այդ շեմը: Ես լավ եմ հիշում, երբ «Ժառանգությունն» էր կարողացել հաղթահարել շեմը տվյալ քաղաքական ուժը լուտանքի տակ էր հայտնվել այն քաղաքական ուժերի կողմից, որոնք չեն անցել շեմը: Մարդիկ ոչ թե չէին շնորհավորում, այլ ընդհակառակը` լուտանքներ էին թափում»,- ասաց նա: Ըստ ՀՀ առաջին ՄԻՊ-ի՝ մեր հասարակության ու քաղաքական ուժերի մեջ որևէ նոր գաղափար, թե ինչպես պետք է վարվել, լինելով խաղաղության ու բանակցությունների կողմնակից, չի տրվել: «Փաստացի քաղաքական ուժերը դեռ պատրաստ չեն նոր մոդելներ բերել այս իրավիճակի հետ կապված»,- ասաց Լ. Ալավերդյանը:
